Great stop while driving the Ring Road. We stopped off after hiking in the morning. It was not very busy and they had a good kid section. It felt like a very local pool, not many tourists, which was nice.

very nice community pool we spent 10 dollars Canadian per person and had many hot pools and a nice steam Sauna. Highly recommend

Excellent municipal pool complex: 25 meter lap pool and three hot tubs, one shallow pool for kids and two deeper pools at different temperatures: 39 to 41 C is the hottest. Price was 900 KR in 2016.

I was there with my daughter on a trip to Akureyri. Beautiful sunny weather and a great outdoor pool. That was what we needed.

A naturally heated public pool. Clean, cheap to enter, great for kids, nice clean changing room.
