Ristorante Trullo D'Oro

If you want experience a modern and authentic pugliese food in a real „Trullo“ go to the „Trullo D’oro“. The atmosphere is super charming, the service is excellent, the dishes are well presented and delicious. The desserts are incredibly tasty. I really recommend the experience.

We loved our lunch here! D'Oro has great service, excellent food (presented beautifully) and a nice cozy, refined ambiance. THe smoked salmon w/ yogurt crema was the star of the show for us, it was so delicous! The cheese stuffed pepper with pesto was also super tasty. Really everything was great, we would come back here in a second!

Creative menu on local produce . Best representation of Puglia ! Attentive server not forgetting these delicious Puglia red wine , easy to drink medium to light , suitable for both seafood and meat !

Best dining experience in Alborobello! Staff were super friendly, helping us choose starters and mains, all 10/10 for taste and flavour. We were able to get a table without a reservation however it’s safer to book to secure your spot.

Really lovely restuarant, just away from all the tourist hotspots. Service was excellent, food was excellent and reasonably priced- i had 3 courses with coffee for under 45 euros. Would recommend.

One of my favorite meals in all of Italy and that is saying something! We started with the Melanzana Fritta and Pure di Fave which were both great and super light. As for the meals I personally ordered the ravioli which was incredible and the people with me tried the Spaghetti “Al Trullo” & Pacchero con polpa (lobster pasta). Everyone was very happy with their meals and for dessert I strongly recommend the Almond Semifreddo which is similar to ice cream. Trullo D’Oro is must visit when your in Alberobello.

Delicious! We were lucky to visit on a slow night and get a table without reservation, bur according with the locals, the place is always busy. We witnessed why: the variety of food is delicious (but it is Italy, so that's a given already), served on a great atmosphere of what seems trulli connected rooms. The service is formal, but friendly. Inside the restaurant is quiet and romantic (at least for us, as we went on a romantic date).

An absolute culinary highlight of our Puglia trip! We ordered antipasti for 2 - 9 (!!!) different plates, all to the point and very exquisite. The portions were so generous that we couldn’t eat primi or secondi. The desert was equally great. Highly recommended at a very fair price. Reservation highly advisable.

Nice evening in Alberobello the Christmas atmosphere was great the restaurant Trullo d'oro made it even better our dinner was very special 😋 . I highly recommend this place.

Very typical location, you can have a special food experience inside an original "trullo". Small tables can be arranged in special areas, you won't forget. Spectacular starters, and other dishes are just delicious. Prices in the avarage for high quality restaurants. Very recommend, but don't forget to book your table in advance, especially in high season.

I returned for the third time to this restaurant. It was like a pleasant lunch as usual. The service is excellent and the quality of the dishes equally excellent. Wine list quite varied and in any case of quality. The bill was acceptable.€€€

Away from the touristic cheap restaurants on the Main Street, this place is a true find!
I’d definitely recommend the antipasto della casa, which is the starters for 2 people.
A little bit of every deliciousness from Puglia!
Also the tuna steak was so tender and juicy!!
Wine was fresh and fruity!
Go away from the touristic restaurants where you will eat chicken schintzel and come to this lovely trullo and you will appreciate true Apulian food!

Wonderful restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. From the appetizer to the after dinner liquor, everything was exceptional. We will be back.

Amazing food. Very delicious and not your typical tomato sauce pasta, yet very Italian. We loved it!

Dinner at Ristorante Trullo D'Oro in Alberobello was one of our most memorable dinners ever. Exceptional food of the region and, likewise, a first rate selection of delicious yet moderately priced wines from Puglia. (Much more agreeable than pretentious wine lists at $$$, froo-froo places.) But the most wonderful part of the experience was the outstanding service. Our waiter took such great care of us we felt like family. We sincerely hope to return some day.

Great restaurant, nice staff and good food all inside a Trulli. Would recommend you book in advance however as no places on our first night.
