Ristorante Il Pinnacolo

We had a great dinner at this cosy whitewashed stone huts with conical roofs sitting in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage site.

Food was great and service was efficient! Thank you for your hospitality.

We went back the 3rd day before their opening hour and it’s already fully booked till 9:30 pm so it is advisable to make reservation in advance.

They open at 7:30pm and close every Wednesday.

We had another good meal here.

Efficient service. Enjoyed the creamy seafood ravioli and the turnip top orechiatte. Pistchaio pesto was a novelty. Bonus points for the place are a QR code menu with representative photos and the ambience if being seated in a trullo. 89 euro for a meal for 5 pax- 3 glasses of wine, a cheese platter, a bacon cheese appetizer in an earthware pot, 3 pasta dishes and 2 coffees. Prices are at least 15% less than the next highest rated trullo serving antipasto platters and local cuisine, which explains why this place justifiably has the highest ratings in Alberobello by the most number of reviewers.

This is THE place!! Even better than Michelin star restaurants we have been to. We have eaten at several top restaurants here as well, and this one is the top. We are canceling our other plans to ensure we can come again before we leave. Still MANY restaurants to try, but won’t waste our time elsewhere with this quality of food! Service was fabulous as well!

It was one of the best dinners in my whole life. I highly recommend Antipasto. Even 2 people can get full with it.

Highly doubt there’s a better restaurant then this in Alberobello! Had a super pizza and pasta with burrata and pistachios. You’ll also experience dining in the Trulli. Fantastic

Excellent food! Tried the house appetizer for €25, which gives you a very large portion with selections from different local antipasti or tapas. I recommend sharing a single house appetizer between 2 people, the portion is too big for a single person. You get served house bread and olives as well.

Food is delicious, service is good, prices are okay. Recommend through and through!

Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere and great service.

We were recommended to come here by our hotel receptionist and we are so thankful to him. It was the best meal we had travelling across Italy and Sicily. We tried the local food antipasti selection which consisted 15 small food plates. We also ordered 3 side dishes, which were not needed, antipasti itself was more than enough to serve 2 people. All the food we tried was beautifully presented, warming, fresh and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is inside the trulli house, there are seating inside or outside in the beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff were attentive and polite. The total bill for two was €41 including soft drinks and service charge. I highly recommend to try this place when you are visiting Alberobello. Thank you so much for the unique experience.

Went last night for dinner and everything was absolutely amazing and of high quality and fresh ingredients.
We had the pistachio linguini and pizza.... The pizza way really testy and didn't feel heavy on my stomach... The pasta was absolutely delicious, creamy and light.
Can't recommend the restaurant highly enough.

This is an adorable, charming restaurant inside a Trullo. We made a reservation weeks ago, which was good because they were quite busy for lunch. The service was fine, the staff seemed busy but still friendly. The food was very, very good. One of the best meals we’ve had in Puglia. I had the fusilli with pesto and my husband had the Bombette, which he loved. Also, the restrooms here were very clean… if you know how difficult it can be to find a workable restroom in Italy, then you can appreciate this.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Alberobello!

Amazing food in great portions. We had the aubergine ravioli with pesto and tagliolini al pistaccio and it was great.
The staff is very friendly as well.
On warm day it can get a bit hot siting inside since there is no aircon.

The atmosphere is great. The appetizer meat dishes are delicious! The second course meat dishes are okay, but not amazing. Cute place. I’d definitely come back here.

Most delicious dinner I had out in a while. Everything was perfect. Service was very quick and the staff were very attentive.

Wonderful service & food. We ordered an antipasto (formaggi locali) which was awesome & perfect amount for 2 people to share. My husband and I each ordered primi & secondi, but only took pictures of our primi because we were so excited to eat. 😅 Both pastas were outstanding & super delicious as well as the secondi (filetto pepe verde & pesce spada). A bit pricey, but as expected in a tourist town.

Never tasted pasta with pistachios, but this dish really surprised me. In a good way, of course. The service was really good as well, would recommend this restaurant for everyone who is visiting Alberobello

Definitely delicious food, very good service, and great selection of local wines. Definitely recommend this place but note that you have to make a reservation. It is very busy place.
