The customer service at JN Falmouth branch has always been superb from my experience, today was no different. Thanks to Amoy who assisted me in my request. I left my bank card and account information, she relalized from a far I was in ponder and assisted. Other banking institutions would have asked and recommended a solution, not her, she took on the challenge of asking for my documents and proceeded to assist me. Now I'm in the line about to meet another fantastic JN employee😀

Great bank to save and invest but the customer service is very poor. If you're planning to do business with this bank please know this is a whole day situation.
Don't like that the atm comes when the bank close.

Call all day no answer waiting on a call back over 2 hours

The service is poor wait hours in line to get through its like you at the hospital to see a doctor I think I am going to close my account
