Excellence Oyster Bay

We chose Excellence Oyster Bay for our honeymoon. The people are all so nice and so helpful. We love it here and will definitely come back. All of the activities have been wonderful. CC is the best host for the different activities. So welcoming and interactive. We will definitely come back for future vacations!!

Here right now. Room has exceeded our expectations. We are staying in the Junior Suite with a private pool and the room is beautiful. Service had been outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your vacation here. We have enjoyed the food at the restaurants, especially breakfast and The Grill so far. Beach area is stunning! We love that we can use the Bali beds at no additional charge and they are right on the beach. Drinks are great and there is never a wait at the bar. Highly recommend the amazing resort!

We absolutely loved our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay! The staff were amazing. We had an especially great experience with Vickesha, who went above and beyond to treat us like family and even personally prepared special meals for us at Lobster House. Wow! It was always so fun to start the day with such a great friend. She is such a light. We can’t wait to come back and see her!

We also loved our time at Spice, where we enjoyed a hibachi dinner. The chef was so entertaining and the food was excellent. It was a great communal experience and we were able to meet and mingle with other resort guests while we ate. So fun.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Enjoyed a lovely stay here over the last several days. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly. The French restaurant and steak restaurants had an amazing team of staff and the food was some of the best. The team at Aromas coffee bar were all amazing and went out of their way to help make sure our morning coffee (and late night treats) were perfect. The check in and check out process was easy. Giovanne was so helpful as we departed!

We are halfway through our stay and it has been nothing but wonderful. Just finished up with the hibachi with Dwayne aka King Flavor and the whole experience was phenomenal. He was very entertaining and kept the table engaged the whole time.

Overall the resort is great and beautiful. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Beautiful resort. Would go back in a heartbeat. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks were good. Entertainment was my favorite. I enjoyed every show each night & during the day at the pool. Very clean as well. Marsha helped out group throughout our stay and was the best!! Can’t wait to come back. Would highly recommend. Our room has a private pool and was beautiful. My stay was perfect. I loved the gym facility as well.

We stayed here in 2023 for our late honeymoon. The room was clean and perfect. The view was everything. They had a little entertainment. We enjoyed the silent party the most. They had pool games but I enjoyed the bar next to the pool. The manager was extremely funny and entertaining. We are booking to visit Jamaica again and I can’t find a room to top this. We are going as a group and unfortunately the entertainment wasn’t the most fun. I love this resort overall especially for relaxation.

A fabulous girls birthday trip at one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever been to. The property is perfection, clean and well maintained. We wanted for nothing.

The most beautiful resort we’ve ever been to! The accommodations were great, food was good, and the service was amazing. Bell hops Jeremy and Aaron were great and very helpful! Bartenders Eric, Jason, and Michael were friendly, fun, and attentive. Alaric was so fun and energetic and always had activities going on in the main pool. Cannot say enough good things about our stay!

We had an amazing time here at excellence oyster bay! It was our first time to the area and we will definitely be back. The facilities were so well maintained and beautiful. We loved having the ability to go paddle boarding and sailing all while staying on the resort. Remington was our guide on the boat and was fantastic! Jada was the entertainment lead and her energy was so much fun. Sundays there’s an acoustic singer by the pool, they need to have him there more often! We loved listening to him play. And the lunch options by the pool were hands down some of our favorite meals at the resort. Jerk chicken with sauce/rice/veggies. AMAZING! Overall we loved our trip and have zero complaints! We can’t wait to come back.

Coco was absolutely the best!!! So full of energy & personality 🩷 We made friends with her right away and just lover her! We can’t wait to see her again when we come back for more fun!

Very awesome place, relaxing, sunny, warm. Sunscreen will be your best friend.
Definitely go snorkeling. The ocean critters here are fantastic. Small fish, needle fish, crabs, stingrays, etc. If you're wading deep especially watch out for lots of sea urchins, there is green and black ones here, watch your feet. They sometimes wash up in shallow areas, so watch your step always.

The all-inclusive resort in Jamaica exceeded all my expectations! From the stunning beachfront location to the impeccable service, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. The variety of dining options offered delicious cuisine and the entertainment provided endless fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly pampered throughout my entire stay. I can't wait to return to this paradise in Jamaica!

We loved our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay! Everyone was so kind and the resort was so beautiful and clean. We especially enjoyed our experience with Jodi Ann at the X-Lounge bar. She was so personable and we spent many nights there chatting with her while she made delicious drinks! We recommend going to see her in the evenings! We also loved dinner with Carlene at Spice (she is a great singer)! And Christopher is a great bartender at the Martini Bar. This was a perfect place for our honeymoon!

CiCi, Vision, and Dawn were amazing hosts and we had a wonderful time doing the cigar rolling class, as well the overall resort was top tier! Chef Jay at the Hibachi grill was the best! He really made it such an enjoyable experience and fun for all the guest. Vickie’s at the Kitchen Table was a delight! 5 star service. Addick was our server at the Lobster House and she was wonderful! So attentive and a great attitude and smile. Really made us feel at home on the resort. Could not ask for a better luxury, relaxing vacation! Will definitely come back. :)

The Excellence resort was simply put - excellent! We had an amazing bike ride this morning with Robin, and Winston and Shane and the Zenith pool have been lovely. Janine has been keeping the mojitos flowing all day. I’d definitely come to this resort again!

Excellence Oyster Bay was absolute perfection, I cannot recommend it enough - truly! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we’re treated like absolute royalty. Service service service - the BEST service. I’ve been to many 5star resorts in my day, and there is no comparison, Excellence Oyster Bay sticks out on all accounts. Whether it was the gourmet food, premier bar, amazing staff, or the vibe overall, it was perfect. I would highly recommend staying on the Club side, it made our experience that much better. We were treated like gold by Cosmar, not only did he provide the best service for us as our concierge, we truly became friends with him, 10/10. Every day and night had entertainment and the staff was incredible, engaging, fun and full of life. A big shout out to Warren who really stood out, especially during the couples segment, we loved it and laughed so hard! We had the best bartenders: a special shout out to Christopher at the martini bar, best drinks and best conversation, Stephanie was outstanding and so lovely to chat with, Patricia and Tricia were so lovely to chat with on the club side and so helpful!

I can’t recommend this resort enough, we can’t wait to be back and have already been referring it to all of our friends and family.

By far one of the prettiest resorts I have ever seen. The grounds are so meticulously clean and well maintained. This resort in on a peninsula so you feel safe and secluded from everything. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We always had chair or a cabana for the day. Never had to fight for one. The food was very good. Make sure you get you a burger with jerk sauce from The Hut while sitting by the pool or beach. Don't think we had one bad meal. Room service was always on time and warm when we got it. The service here is on another level. I have read some reviews how you need to be on "island time" but we did not feel that way at all. We had amazing servers but Shaniel at the pool, was hands down the best we had. She was so attentive to everyone she waited on. From the moment our driver Bob picked us up until we left, we had an absolute amazing time and this is all do to the great level of service at Oyster Bay. We will be back.

Beautiful resort with amazing workers! They were all so interactive with the guests and made our stay so much better. Bartender Eric made our time at the bars fantastic and went out of his way to make sure our experience was the best! Princess did an excellent job at keeping the guests entertained as well.

We just got back to Wisconsin yesterday, unfortunately, after staying here for a week. 5 stars is not nearly enough to award this resort! All the food was amazing! All the employees were amazing! The entertainment was really good, we enjoyed the Bob Marley tribute band the most, they had the entire bar dancing! Our room was exceptional, the ladies did a superb job keeping our room welcoming and clean. I highly recommend upgrading to the excellence club, because you can eat at additional restaurants and go to the rooftop bar and pool. Our entire stay was worth every penny, we completely fell in love with all the people and the strong sense of pride they take with everything they do did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for making our trip something we'll lovingly remember for the rest of our lives! Special thanks to the girls at the ceilo bar for all the amazing Bob Marley drinks, the bartender and his supervisor at Stars for continuing to grab us bottles of red stripe from the sports bar our last night there...I'm terrible with names but won't ever forget their faces! We will most definitely be coming back in the future! One love ❤💛💚
