Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites

This resort is absolutely gorgeous, all the staff are incredibly sweet and their entertainment team deserves a raise. They go above and beyond with their work. I met 2 staff members from the team that I absolutely adore, Don and Ruth are always there to make you happy and laugh and always make sure you are having a great time. My experience has been a 10/10.

My experience at Iberostar Selection Suites has been one of the best. It exceeded all my expectations. The weather, the staff, the pool, the beach, the room service, the restaurants, the food, everything has been wonderful. It's my first time in Jamaica and I will definitely be back again. My trip has been perfect in this place. I don't want to go back home!!!! A special thanks to the entertainment team: Don, Kevian, Vanessa, Stretch, they have been wonderful to everyone.

Kevian from entertainment was very friendly and helpful! While we haven’t joined in the entertainment is fun to watch! I like that the staff is not pushy when they ask people to join. Q-ban was a great host friendly and entertaining. What ever your paying him is not enough!!!

This resort is amazing and all the staff are very welcoming. Don and Ruth are both great staff members who make the stay super fun. They led my friends and I in beach volley ball, karoke, and other fun games. Also the pool, beach, and the whole place is gorgeous. Stretch and Dj stain are great workers who also happen to be very good at singing. I totally recommend staying here 100%

It was our first time to Jamaica and we all loved it! The resort, the amenities, the entertainment was all fantastic! We loved the music and entire vibe of the place! All the workers were so friendly and enthusiastic and just wanted everyone to have fun and enjoy their stay! Aquino, Don and Quwayne made our stay so much more enjoyable! They are hard workers who have amazing personalities and are fun to watch dance and get everyone involved and have a great time.

The staff at Iberostar Suites truly went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The customer service at Iberostar Suites was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in making my experience enjoyable. We had a great experience during our trip. We enjoyed the entertainment, especially the beach games with Ace. He was so much fun and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice, housekeeping did an amazing job of keeping things clean and stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. The food was pretty good, we especially enjoyed the steak restaurant. The pizza and grill food at the buffet was an highlight and we loved the jerk chicken down by the beach. Sean at the pool bar was also a standout. He was attentive, quick, and friendly. All in all, we would definitely come back!

Really enjoying our time at Iberostar Select Rose Hall Suites. Food is very good, lots of variety. We had no problem getting chairs around the pool. Staff is very friendly. Lots of activities on the beach and pool area. Dwayna was very friendly and a lot of fun encouraging guests to participate in activities

My stay at Iberostar was absolutely fantastic! The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The hospitality from the staff was so refreshing. I will most definitely will be coming back!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Suites. Every person was extremely nice and accommodating. The entertainment was good, especially the violin player! The dinners were great (need a reservation) and the jamaican beef off the smoker on the beach was delicious. Otherwise the rest of the food was just okay. The workout facilities were nice. The pool and pool bar were perfect with a great view of the ocean. We also enjoyed laying on the beach and playing sand volleyball. The drinks were definitely not watered down so drink responsibly! The rooms were large but a little outdated, but the AC worked great. The bed and pillows weren't the best. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the suites. My biggest complaint was their app did not work great, and there was no map given to us of the facility, so we were always having to ask for directions.

Hotel was clean and nice. I liked that it was not a big high rise and easy to get around. Food was good. Quwayne, Ruth, and Romaine with the event staff was great. Our only negative was Collin at the concierge desk was more worried about trying to sell us on the next vacation package presentation so he could get “his piece of the cheese” rather than following through on the restaurant reservations he promised and never came through on.

I had an awesome time! The staff is great, Don, Ruth and Stretch were amazing! The kareoke was super fun too, they have a bunch of things to do here. I’d definitely reccomend! 10/10 experience

Our stay here at the suites was amazing! The place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Akino has some serious dance moves and made us feel welcome from the moment we showed up. Don and Quwayne were also the best at making our entire family feel at home! We had a great time attending the shows and being involved in a lot of them. If you want a good laugh and good times with your family I highly recommend getting involved they will make sure you have a good time! We will miss them and are very happy with our stay here at Selection Suites.

I must say very welcoming staff and the food and drinks is very very good . Also love the casino would be nice if we have a live dealer but otherwise pretty amazing. Absolutely love the entertainment at day and night akino is our guy such a cool guy and very entertaining. Next year we will come back for sure

Your resort was absolutely wonderful. I was here for a birthday trip and the staff made it even better. Ruth, who works with the Entertainment was phenomenal. She was a delight to be around and did everything to make our time exceptional.

This is truly an amazing resort, and a phenomenal staff. You will experience nothing short of high quality enjoyment. The food is top tier with Jamaican selections as well as American. The entertainment staff is the best we've experienced throughout our many travel locations. We must recognize some of the great staff members such as: Ruth, our master of ceremonies/entertainment leader, the best!! High energy, getting the guests involved with so many activities. She even had our son singing and dancing, which he rarely does. Shemar, one of the chefs (tall man) went above and beyond to ensure my wife had the most amazing birthday dinner celebration. DJ Dino provided non stop energy with his selections of various music. Sabrina, one of our hosts for the buffet, she is a great spirit and wonderful personality. Now, with the buffet, you will not be disappointed, even with picky eaters, there is something for everyone. Let's please not forget the immaculate voices of Miles and Champagne. This duo will make you wonder why they are not celebrities. The food and the drinks are always at your disposal, no matter the time. There are many events throughout the days and night, from game shows to karaoke to even a circus performance. This was truly an amazing experience that we look forward to returning to in the extremely near future. There is nothing short of amazing.

We had an amazing time! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was top notch and always engaging with the crowd without being overbearing. Dwayne, Ruth, and Vanessa always were super sweet and made sure we were always having a good time. The dining staff of Petrona and Tiana were great and always made sure we got our favorite table.

We had a lot of fun during our holiday. We were satisfied with our rooms, with the restaurant and with the beach as well. I would like to highlight the animators, who were really friendly and kind. Especially Ruth, who was very sociable and helpful with us. We spent a lot of time with her. We enjoyed every game she organized.

This has been absolutely amazing. I had so much fun with my family! The hotel is beautiful and the pool is great! The entertainment team is what makes it the absolute best! We loved Akino, Don and Quwayne! They will keep you entertained with their dance moves and always kept us laughing. We will be back!

Great resort with extremely friendly staff! We stayed here for six days and enjoyed our time. Food and restaurants were all wonderful. The entertainment crew was the best! Friendly and enjoyable all day and night. Romaine, Dwanya, Don and Ruth were a fun bunch. Definitely recommend it to anyone!
