Benthota Bake House in Peradeniya is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth or a love for bakery items. The array of baked goods they offer is truly impressive, with each item being fresh, delicious, and of high quality.

I'm a regular customer of this place.
Open from 6.30 am to 9.30 am.
Ground floor has a pastry shop(only open till 8.00 pm). 1st floor has a restaurant and the 2nd floor has a Reception hall.

Pastry shop provides the basic pastry items at a reasonable price(fish roll is my delicacy)

The restaurant provides Breakfast (Buffet or takeaway), Lunch(Buffet or takeaway) and Dinner(Dine in Portions or take away)

All the necessary facilities for the customers are provided.

Card Payment are NOT accepted so keep cash in hand.

A limited parking space available only adequate for about 5 cars. So it's a bit difficult to find a place to park during crowded days.

About Pilimathalawa
City in Sri Lanka

Pilimathalawa is a suburb of the city of Kandy, in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It is governed by the Kadugannawa Urban Council. The town is situated 10 km away from Kandy, the district capital, and 104 km away from Colombo. Thalawa means flat area in Sinhalese, while pilima means statue.
