I believe one of the best meal you can get in Ella . Evenings is hard to get a table . The Service is good and friendly . The food is so good I loved every bite of it . I even would almost come to Sri Lanka just because of this place to eat . ❤❤
The prices are also great we was eating for 2 people and the BILL was 4000 🥰

Best food I had in Ella. Its a hidden gem that many does not know. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend their chicken cheese kottu. Place was clean.

Very good typical dishes and nice place to have a meal. Our experience has been very positive also regarding the service. Great value for money.

3 days we've been in Ella and everyday we ate here. For a cheap price the food is absolutely delicious and they offer you a lot different plates. I am vegetarian and everyday I tried a different dish.

They have 2 kitchens, one is open-air and everything is really clean. Waiters speak English and they are so friendly!

If you stay in Ella, you must eat here!

Come here if you’re looking for traditional Sri Lankan food in Ella at non-cafe prices - we had rice and curry and devilled prawns and they were just what we were looking for! Served by a very nice lady

This place is the best possible value for money. Prices are fair (I hope they keep it that way), it is on the main road on the corner, meals are big and tasty (rice & noodles are our favourites), ice cream is great and big portion, waiters nice, everything is great. Our 3 days in Ella we went 4 times, each time it was just as good. Recommend!

Awesome food. Great for little snack too.
Had the chicken roti and potato tomato one.

Egg kottu was delicious, chicken curry tender, unlike alot of chicken curries in SL and tasty.
Coconut honey roti was great too, just on the sweet side (heavy on the honey, but I find alot of things overly sweet.

Authentic, delicious and value for money food in Ella - a great spot to eat at amongst all the silly bamboo Bali-esque huts and cafes that feature all over Ella. An unassuming little spot with great Sri Lankan food and lovely stuff too. Their sweet Lassi was also very enjoyable.

Hubby said it was the best Kottu that he had ever had his whole life
I had the roti but it was a bit hard underneath and so much sugar in it. I would have preferred it without the sugar as the honey is sweet but it was still ok
I love my mango juice but this one was not as good as the others

Fantastic food, big portions, great prices, and lovely staff. I had several meals here and then took a cooking class, where we made 10 different dishes! It was so much fun to get to learn about the spices and see how all of these wonderful dishes are made, and Thushanti sent us the recipes afterward so we could try to make them when we got home. Sri Lankan cuisine is really amazing, and the cooking class was a highlight of my trip.

The food is absolutely delicious and the price is fair compared to the other relatively high priced restaurants in Ella.
You have a wide variety of choices for the food and everything we had was delicious. As others also stated before the chicken cheese kottu roti is really tasty! I can also recommend the chocolate roti as desert.
The ambient is probably not the best in Ella but if you're looking for good food for a fair price this is the place to go to!

Tasty food at affordable price,
I tried many dishes and satisfied with the service and taste. I visit here whenever i travel through Ella.

We went here one evening during our stay in Ella and ended up going back again two days later as the food was so good!

The poori with dahl curry was delicious as was the vegetable kottu and rice and curry :)

The service was great and the location was too, just off of the Main Street so not so many cars go past and it’s a bit quieter.

We had dinner and breakfast here. So far the best food here in Sri Lanka! A very nice lady served us. Highly recommended!

Super delicious local food from good quality! For a local normal price. The salad with dressing and the milkshakes are very yummy aswell! Chapathi with potatoe curry - super taste - well made
I can recommend this local restaurant more than the pricy tourist resraurants.

Enjoyed 2 lovely meals here. Good atmosphere and liked watching the Kottu and roti being made. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to all!

Good food for a very good price.
I had vegetable kitty there nearly everyday and was very happy with the taste and quality of food provided.
The crew was friendly and helpful.
