Madulsima Hobbit Resort

It is located in a really nice and quite place and you can have a good dawn view early in the morning from the resort.

Challenging road for the cars. But I managed to go there by Aqua(No body kits) without any damage. Someone must guide you when you are in difficulty in driving. Nearly 3kms of difficulty, and it took an hour. Don't use cars to go there on rainy days.

Rooms are good. Good place to see a sunset. Delicious food and very good customer service. Calm environment to relax.

Difficult roads protects beautiful destinations.

One of best resort in this area stay if you want to visit Rathkale pathana. You can visit this place from both Lunugala and Passara town. You can use Google map direction to reach this resort and it's accurate. Other important thing is don't visit this road after 5 pm, because it's really hard to find road middle of tea estate. Rooms are very cozy and clean, foods are very delicious. Staff are very friendly and really helpful. Bathroom is really clean and hot water shower working properly.

Nice and calm place.4.5 kms from mini words end.road is bit challenging for cars.. bikes jeeps can manage.caretaker is vey helpful.clean rooms and bathrooms. There is another viewing point 600 m away from the resort.

Road is bit challenging for a low ground clearance vehicle. But doable if you have someone to guide the vehicle.
Small suggestion for owner--- It is better if you have three wheels or safari vehicle or at least few motor bikes to rent.

Best place to spend the night with family and friends. The hospitality of Mr. Eranda is beyond expectation. He is so kind and provided us with delicious foods during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I really recommend this resort, the rooms are good and cozy, the location is fine, the staff is really kind and welcoming. This resort is nestled in a beautiful quite setting surrounded by a mountain range .I was extremely satisfied with the resort and its beautiful surroundings.

Madulsima Hobbit Resort is conveniently situated in Roeberry Estate Road pitamaruwa in Passara town in 42 km from the centre A very good place to spend your weekend or as your trip destination. With the cold weather and mist it has a nice view from the place. Food also very tasty and the staff is very friendly and flexible.

Taking the one ring to Mount Doom seems easy compared to getting here. It's so remote that if you need provisions, good luck getting them. But the property is just amazing. PERFECT LOCATION! Do yourself a favor and go early morning to see the view at Pitamaruwa it'll cleanse your soul.

Take your provisions (food,liquor,water so on) and the caretaker will arrange the food to your liking as they can not store food which is understandable.

This is the only place to stay at Madolsima area. Situated around 22Kms from Madolsima town. But very close to the pitamaruwa Mini worlds end. Resort is placed on a top of a mountain and there is a brilliant view. There are beds for 20 people. Rooms and wash rooms are clean and maintained well. There is a kitchen and you can prepare your meals. The roads are bit rough. Low profile vehicles will have some difficulty. There is no road shown in google maps to access this resort. So you have to follow the guidelines of the propertier.The propertier Mr Prasad is very helpfull. Highly recommend this place.

We found this place from facebook and thanking facebook this place is really good. only the issue is if you’re going here with a lowered vehicle i don’t recommend to go there. Other than that the staff is really good. Plus the food. Make sure to go on a hike with there assistance. Even the guide do a good job we stayed there for two days and it was amazing.

Tasty foods (You have to bring the stuffs and they provide a cook.) Located with a good view. They provide a guilder to visit the view points around this place. Friendly service.
