Nilaveli sun rice and curry

Low key family restaurant. We (3 adults + 2 kids) had two lunches (~4000 and 8000 Rs) and one fish / see food BBQ dinner (~14000 Rs). Tasty food. No prices shown in their menu. Very nice smily people. Need to order in advance.

Tuktuk rentable place. We rented a randnew Tuktuk for a few days, the owner gave us good instructions how to drive and has a very nice family. Thank you!

Семейное кафе, с небольшим меню. В этой части острова совсем немного туристов, поэтому почти все кафе стояли пустыми. Ощущение что ничего не работает. И вот ты заходишь, и к тебе кто то выходит и ты остаешься. Мы 2 раза заходили в это кафе, первая попытка оказалась наиболее удачной чем 2. Женщина которая принимала заказ, совсем ничего не понимала. Потом подъехал ее муж и мы сделали ему заказ. Ним принесли не совсем то что мы заказывали, но порция была огромная и видно что от души хотели угодить. Потом хозяин принес нам в тарелке сырых огромных креветок, чтобы , быть может, приготовить их для нас. Цену назвал ниже чем везде и мы согласились. Приготовили просто но вкусно. Мы ушли довольные. Во второй раз мы зашли и ждали когда к нам придет именно мужчина, чтобы снова, с трудом, но все таки объяснить ему что мы хотим. Показывали в меню пальцем и говорили на английском. Но в этот раз, вообще никак он не мог понять нас. Не понял даже слово Ласси, хотя этот напиток распространен на острове. В общем звезд снимать не буду, но очень жаль, что есть такие трудности перевода.
