Great service, they have a lot more meds for sale than it says on the board outside. Just ask for whatever you need and the guys there will help you out as best as they could. Basically everything can be bought without a prescription!
But don’t accept the first price and try to bargain a little bit.

Got few bandages and cough medicine - 612 pesos! I only had 500 and started to ask how much each medicine cost
The cashier said ‘500 is ok’ so it’s all just a rip-off!! I regret now not had walked away and searched for another pharmacy. Not the first time of feeling being used here but So badly - first time.

Spend the extra time to go to a pharmacy in the town. Watch your cash and change. Bought a couple of items and boss switched out bottles of 100 tablets for bottles of 60 tablets instead just as he was bagging them.
Went back and complained and he said if you want the bigger ones then you need to pay more! I had friend there with me to confirm that we had agreed on the bigger bottles.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!.
Spend the extra time and go to a different pharmacy you can trust.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Prices are jacked thru the roof here. Go to the farmacia in the pueblo, not here on the beach. On the beach, paid US$60 for $5 worth of ibuprofen & cough syrup. Shameless, indecent.

Rip off.... Charged 60 USD for 10 USD of medicine. They take advantage of captive tourists. Avoid.

Charged me twice the real price, when I asked for the receipt basically they refuse and pretend to gave me a written paper.

Precios inflados demás. No vayan, si necesitan bronceador, bloqueador o pastillas vayan al oxxo.
