Thermae 2000

I had a really good experience. It was great the swimming pool extended outside. There were some people being a little intimate in the corners but that didn’t bother me too much if I don’t stare at them. There were a lot of saunas to use, I enjoyed it very much. I thought it was strange they still charged for parking.

Had a really good time at Thermae 2000 :-) however it was a little bit hard to reach with public transport.

All staff were helpful and friendly, both check-in and checkout were smooth. We managed to enjoy 3 full days Wellness with a 2 night stay.

The towel waving activity at panorama (sorry I don't know the exact name) was extraordinary, great experience sweating. Also enjoyable music with different themes throughout the day. It's a pity that we did not manage to try all the sauna, so we will surely return.

Restaurants / bars were a bit pricey, however within reasonable range.

All in all, great experience! And will surely comeback :-)

Go here frequently. There are swimwear days for those who prefer that for sauna space. The mix days are nice for those who may not want to get nude but partner does.

The eucalyptus sauna is one of my favorite. The have recently changed the food options a little which I like. Though I wish the patio bar offered more snack options

We had a wonderful overn stay at the hotel with 2 day spa access. The Sauna choices were amazing and we loved the food and the location. Also breakfast was very good, especially the local pastries and jams. We plan to return again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would love to win another overnight stay. :) We will be telling our friends about this wonderful Therme.

Wow, what an amazing place, we only went to the pools and spa, so we can't comment on the hotel.

There's 2 large pools in the main section, one of which goes outside with a flowing water section and 2 outdoor Jacuzzis. There were also a few Jacuzzis inside, too. In these areas it depends on which day if you have to wear a costume.

Then, in the spa areas, costumes are not allowed. That's not to say you have to be naked all the time. You can keep your towel around you except in the jacuzzis! There was an amazing range of saunas, relaxation rooms, jacuzzis, and other things! I've not been in a nudist area before, but it felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the experience.

We had lunch in the bread and bites restaurant, which was good. There was a good selection of food from meals, lunches, and cakes. The food was a bit expensive but very tasty. Service wasn't the friendliest but was okay.

Love it. Definitely revisiting.Well organized , Clean & beautiful atmosphere.Wide list of things you can do.I recommend a floating session.The prices i would say fair enough.

Food at Bites was a 3 plates course and everything was tasty.There are a lot to discover at Thermae2000.I need more of it.

Amazing experience! Don’t understand the negative reviews; none match my experience. Stayed 3 nights, enjoyed 3 days at the spa. This was my first true European spa experience and it was excellent! Did the nude and partial days and thought it was managed very well and explained up front. No judgement or inappropriate behavior. No confusion despite being English speaker. Staff were friendly and spoke English very well. Did the wine bath, salt wrap and head message. All excellent! Room was excellent! Low key, roomy and the bath size is very good. Saunas were amazing! Never experienced so many. Breakfast was great, a lot of options. Other restaurants, 3 total, had different drinks and food options. Train to Valkenburg and then walk or taxi is doable. Valkenburg is very nice, especially during the holidays. Wish I was there longer and am already planning a return trip. Thanks!

Very beautiful surroundings and great bath accommodations. The sauna's are mostly on the small but cosy side, yet the aufguss one is state of the art. Overall a really nice place, it's a pity they've so many bathing suit days.

It is an amazing place for relaxation, having lots of Sauna and pools , rooms are so cozy and have an amazing view.

Very near to the Cauberg bus stop. Very to Volkenburg City centre.

Tuesday is Swimsuit Day.
Thursday Naked People Day.
Another days go to the pool in a swimsuit, in the sauna without a swimsuit.
Be sure to book the time and day in advance. It will be easier to go in, and 10 euros cheaper.
You can take a towel, slippers, bathrobe with you. Or rent it at the Spa. Prices range from 9 to 24 euros, depending on what you want. Almost everything: the lounge bar closes from 18:30 - 19:00, restoran at 20:00 p.m.
I rested with great pleasure. More than 10 saunas, 45 jacuzzis, swimming pool...
Bring your phone with you in side - Forbidden!, you can't use.

Not easy to get there with public transport. But friendly staff and many sauna. Also restaurant good quality.

Pretty expensive as Therms. Unfortunately when we were visiting the outside pool was closed. Although it, pools are really cool and sauna area is very good

My wife and I have visited multiple times, us together and with friends or other couples. Thermae 2000 has the most calming atmospheres of any spa I have been to. Their saunas are clean and their pools too. The staff are kind and helpful.

Mixed days are recommended for those who want to stay mostly clothed.

Nude days are my favorite, everyone is respectful and keeps to themselves. My wife and I have NEVER had an incident were either of us felt uncomfortable.

Great place for birthdays, getaway weekends or just relaxing after work.

I have booked an evening at Thermae together with 3 friends, we were not disappointed. We had a surprise activity which was also nice. It's a really nice place, lovely restaurant and the pools and the spa are amazing. I will try the theater next time!

Super nice spa & very friendly staff. Felt super relaxed afterwards. Nice food in the restaurant. There was even actually a mix up with my massage appointment & the staff were proactive & polite in fixing it & gave me multiple vouchers to make up for my wasted time.

We went on a mixed day, only downside is sometimes other patrons can make you feel a bit uncomfortable on the naked side. So recommend going in a group or on a swimwear day if you're a woman.

Super cool place! A lot of things to do. Spent there today 4 hours and could have stayed 4 more! In the naked area we were wrapped in towels and it was ok. Not too many people on Sunday. Friendly staff, speaking perfect English, nice cafe, tasty food. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back!🌫💙(we didn’t stay in the hotel)

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our day here. The treatments were very relaxing and the therapists are very professional. There is plenty of space between all the pools, hot tubs, saunas and lounging areas so you never feel too crowded. There is plenty of locker space. Would highly recommend for a nice treat.

We stayed her for 2 days and one night. The room was modern and clean, the bed was nice and soft. One small thing, it was pretty hot at night, and the airco didn’t really work it was only wind, but it didn’t make the room colder. Nevertheless we still had a good sleep! We ate in all three of the restaurants, to start with, the Pure Restaurant, it was a nice experience and their steak was a 10/10! The lounge bar was a bit disappointing, the drinks and food was not really worth the money and the service was not as great as the Pure Restaurant and the “Bread&Bite” restaurant. The Bread&Bite Restaurant was very nice, every worker was very friendly and happy, the food was nice and the desserts were very beautiful and tasty. The Sauna’s and the pools were clean and nice temperature. Most importantly for me is that every part of the wellness hotel was very clean, lockers, changing room, toilets, showers, sauna’s, pools, restaurants and our room. We had a very nice and relaxing stay! The wellness part is a no phone zone which really helps you to completely relax!

the views are incredibly from the outdoor pools. indoor pools are very nice too, great interior design. food is delicious. service is outstanding. a variety of saunas which not all of it we enjoyed, but the ones we did were very nice! worth the price, i’m coming back here.
