Restaurant Flor do Jardim

Very nice spot for a quick bite. The Pica-pau is especially tasty. The staff are very friendly and gave us credit for trying our extremely limited Portuguese vocabulary. The only minus is that they allow smoking at the outdoor tables - we sat inside but the doors were open so occasionally a whiff of disgusting tobacco smoke reached us. I went with five stars because I can't do 4.9, and the smoke thing doesn't warrant a whole star taken off.

The meal was incredible and it was so cheap. I strongly recommend this place. Fastastic!!!

This is the best restaurant on the island. Great service, great food, great location! The chicken is delicious, I had the grilled chicken steak but my mom had the chicken wings. Both delicious. You have got to try this place! 😍

Very nice and clean place with friendly, English-speaking staff and a good kitchen.

We had a delicious breakfast here three times during our one week on São Jorge.
Service was quick and even individual requests were happily considered.
Also a wide and changing selection of cakes and desserts.
All that for a more than reasonable price.

Café que faz parte da história das Velas. O Diogo, o dono, um miúdo simpático e atencioso com os seus clientes. Quer continuar o legado deixado pelo seu Pai.

Atendimento muito bom, empregados de mesa super simpáticos e atenciosos, comida saborosa, boa quantidade, local com boa vista. Recomendo.

Ficamos surpreendidos com este agradável restaurante em frente ao jardim com menu do dia a um preço ótimo e muito bem confeccionado.

Waren 2x dort zum Essen. Fisch, Steak, Hähnchen und Hamburger sehr gut. Ebenso der Hauswein, Kuchen und der Caipirinha. Preis -Leistung sehr gut, Service super freundlich.

Ao almoço o prato do dia estava bastante bom, muito barato e a sopa era muito saborosa. A funcionária é extremamente simpática e eficaz.
