Lagos City Hall

I use the câmara a lot, but I had a particular task that needed sorting out. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, the member of staff that I dealt with was extremely helpful, and friendly. And the customer service agent was equally so.....all in all, a very pleasant experience. Also, attempting to speak a little Portuguese is very well received and appreciated.

In the municipality of Lagos there is one employee who should get a badge of best employee. Carlos Jorge Morais helped us in 15 minutes to get 3 things resolved for which we were waiting for a year. He made our day. And makes us feel welcome as residents of Lagos .

O que mais gosto no Município de Lagos é da sua Rede de Transportes Rodoviários, a ONDA.
Foi muito bem planeado, serve bem todas as freguesias do seu concelho, com autocarros apropriados para circularem por arruamentos estreitos.
Para mim, que adoro a área dos Transportes (mais os ferroviários e marítimos), é um exemplo a seguir em outras cidades do país.
Há cidades que têm um péssimo sistema de Transportes Colectivos, nomeadamente Aveiro.
Espero que continuem a melhorar.
