Amazing local restaurant! The food was great : we had a perfectly cooked lamb and codfish. Service also perfect : they accepted to serve us at 4pm and were super professional and nice. Bonus point for the great view on the moutains!

We stayed here just for one night but surely will return! The room was lovely, spacious and equipped with the basics! We had a lovely dinner with some really good wine, quite a big meal, really filling! Breakfast was incredible! Don't know the name of the white cheese but combined it with some orange marmalade, it will change your food life! The staff was really welcoming and friendly, Pedro was a sweetheart! Thanks! Just for future reference, do you allow dogs?

Very pleasant, with a wonderful view. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is great. Pet-friendly (the large balcony, at least), which is really nice.

Friendly one stop shop for anything you may need. They have a café, restaurant, rooms, small food shop. You can eat in or take away.
I would highly recommend you try the "grelos salteados" sauteed greens.
Cod fish "bacalhau" in any of the ways they do it is not only great, it's huge too, so you might have to ask for a doggie bag.
Very nice "febras de porco", grilled.
Try the "pudim de ovos" for pudding, if you like egg custard style.
Also has a nice view.

Without a doubt, the best roasted lamb in the region. Absolutely recommend! The service is very good as well. It is advisable to book a table in advance though.

A fantastic homely place with an amazing view and very friendly staff. Right under it and with the same name there is a really nice restaurant so it couldn't get better than this. A perfect place for quieteness and relaxing

Take a room with a view over the valley, its stunning, enjoy a dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor and you will get great food, huge quantities for very good prices. Can't wait to revisit this place!

It has everything, a bar, a café, a shop, a restaurant, and it's a hotel. A nice friendly place, well situated to explore the Serra da Estrela and a ten minute walk from the famous Loriga Praia Fluvial (river beach).
