Wonderful surprise! The absolute best meal I have ever eaten. Unbelievable wine selection. Wait staff was super attentive-I have eaten in a 5 star Michelin restaurant and this was much better!

Amazing hidden jewel in Ourem Portugal, one of the most extensive wine cellars all over the country, with extraordinary kitchen, superb bacalao loins grilled and top ham and marvelous cheese selection. The owner is just a beautiful person, kind and with a huge knowledge in Portuguese wine.

very welcoming and attentive staff. the meal was just perfect. we were at noon and we only had access to the noon menu.
the wine list is an adventure. you go to the wine cellar and choose your bottle among the best in the country.

Restaurante O Rito has been running in the past 47 years. A couple opened the restaurant in a small town called Orém, and a 77 years old wife, who is the head chef and she makes spectacular home made dishes.

A great place to visit on the outskirts of the city - Ourém, very close to Fátima. A Nice, cosy little place, with a menu made with the best ingredients you can find on local market shops. A great selection of Portuguese wines from Douro, Dão, Alentejo and others. Highly recommended.

Prato do dia: Cozido à Portuguesa (3 doses na fotografia) e bacalhau grelhado (1 dose) para um total de 6 pessoas. Qualidade excepcional!

Restaurante com grande tradição na zona onde a simpatia do pessoal e a qualidade da matéria prima nunca nos deixam ficar mal.
Sala confortável onde tambem pode apreciar uma garrafeira de grande qualidade.
Conta sempre com um prato do dia e outras opções à Carta. Pena que muitos dos bons pratos que constam da mesma sejam confeccionados apenas por encomenda.
Uma nota, o restaurante manteve uma parte de cafe/snack, em sala independente mas onde pode saborear alguns petistos mas também os pratos do dia, por preços mais em conta.
O estacionamento é fácil mas deve reservar com antecedência.
Se está na zona de Fátima/ Ourém, será uma boa referência a ter em consideração.

Espaço muito acolhedor (lareira "à antiga" acesa, tradicional (casa com muitos anos), com qualidade.
Atendimento muito eficiente, simpático e atencioso.
Comida muito boa, com toque de "mãe e avó".
Garrafeira com muita qualidade e diversidade.

Come-se muito bem e gasta-se pouco neste restaurante!
Pedimos costela de vitelão, arroz de grelos, salada, batatas fritas, vinho, água tudo para duas pessoas e pagámos só 26€!! :)
Atendimento excecional!! Certamente voltaremos...
