Hotel Los Mangos El Salvador

I loved my stay at this hotel! Although there is construction and development in the area, the hotel is private and super peaceful. The hotel staff is stellar and are always attentive of their guests. I would highly recommend staying in the suites with a sea view it’s breath taking. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food and its vegetarian friendly!

Clean, quaint hotel with access to a beautiful private beach. Very comfortable. Attentive staff, great views, relaxing pool. Would visit again.

Did not have the option to see the rooms as we just stopped for something to drink, but the place looked good & clean, and the view was spectacular

First visit to El Cuco and we chose Hotel Los Mangos. No regrets. Location was amazing. Currently roads are being worked on so driving a truck or 4WD recommended. Service was great. Food was delicious! Thank you to all the staff especially the cook David and Jacqueline. Honestly, all the staff was wonderful. From check in to check out. We had a beautiful experience. Will definitely be back.
PSA- Please remember when visiting El Salvador, be kind. You are entering a country and people that have been through decades of suffering and who are now getting their footing. Be humble and the benefits will be unforgettable.

Great ocean front view. Road to get to this hotel is under construction so be prepared for a bumpy ride. Staff very attentive but menu and hours of restaurant are limited. Nice getaway for a small family.

If you want peaceful and quiet atmosphere, this is the place to be at. The views are impressive. You get a private beach, with really nice and strong waves. The service is great. You get wifi and you can order everything from anywhere in the establishment from your phone through WhatsApp. Just tell them what you want and where you are and they will bring it to you.The food is really good. I recommend the shrimp cocktail with salsa rosada, its refreshing and it will fill you up. The only thing that I didn't like was the pool cleanliness, the water was kinda dirty. I still got in it because I didn't want to leave without being in it.The road to get to the hotel is not the best but it's doable. The government announced it about a month ago that it will be fixed and yes indeed they are already working on it. Overall the place gets a 5 star, you wont be disappointed.

I loved this place! The sunrise/sunset is amazing being high up the cliff overlooking the pacific ocean! Food is awesome and beds are comfortable enough. A bit far from the main towns so it gives you a bit of privacy. I wish it was made clear when you book that there is a lot of stairs to get to the beach… but once you get to the beach is simply amazing, almost a private beach, it’s shared with two other properties, great for surfing!

We arrive late for our reservation, but no issues there I am so glad for this. They got us in right away, kept us informed and well served. We really enjoyed our stay here I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Beautiful spot✨ I celebrate my husband’s birthday and they set up a enchanting spot for us, just in front of the spectacular sunset. Great attention from the staff. 🙌🏼

I came here because I saw it on an ad, the road is closed if you take it from El Espino beach (calle punta mango) You need to take the route from El litoral highway to El Cuco then continue towards Playa Las Flores.

It is better to avoid going with a regular low car due to the road with rocks and mud, a pick up or a van would be nice.

The hotel to me was amazing, the food delicious, the amenities and the ocean view room was incredible. Though hotel is not that big, there is privacy and the pool is wonderful.

And the beach, so calm waves, the sunrise and sunset what a view. I will definitely return for more nights.

Check in 2 pm checkout 12 but you can continue to use the facilities after 12 pm.

This place is really nice, if you do not like to be with huge crowds this place for you. It's pretty small and private. The beach is clean, waves are not rough, and the sand is neat no rocks to deal with. However, as I mentioned before it's a pretty small place it only has 6 rooms available, the road to get there is pretty rough so I suggest to let the hotel know that you're interested in coming and they could send someone they trust to pick you up which would be best. We left our car in El Cuco and from there Jesus (a local) picked us up in his pick up.

The road to getting to Los Mangos is a real off road xtreme ride, once there the rooms are all new, pool is always warm water, the view to beach is beautiful , the service staff is the best, One thing I didn't appreciate was that there was NO drinking water, they charge too much for water, it's a shame, already paying a lot for the stay, and there is no access outside to water or food, I understand that is all business, but come on DRINKING WATER?

We recently visited this hotel. Although it is very remotely located - it is beautiful! The rooms are clean, the views are incredible, and the price is fair. They have limited food service, which can be hard since it is so isolated - but the food was good.

Overall we loved it and will definitely go back!

This was my second time staying at Los Mangos and it's always incredible! The staff are amazing and you can't beat the views! I will definitely be back!
