Great place for shopping. You can also find KFC, Pizza Hut & MK restaurant inside. There is Sunday market and it's just few metres away from Bus terminal.

I walked here from the Mae Sai bus station to have breakfast. The little food court was open, so I had a Pad Thai, which was pretty good. Clean restroom. No one has a right to expect a peak experience from a food court at 9 am, but this place fit the bill, and there was no corkage fee.
