Sahara Beach AquaPark Resort

One of the best holidays I have been on. Food and drinks were amazing. Alot of variety and we never went hungry as there is something for everyone. Plenty to keep you busy and the animation team were amazing. Everyone in the hotel took the time to say good morning and always had a smile on their faces. Will definitely be back here in the near future.

A very big and fun hotel with excellent food, fantastic staff, beautiful views and a lot of animation.
Every single staff member is very kind and makes an effort to speak to you in any language possible. The food is incredibly good with an enormous amount of choice. The rooms are simple but sufficient and are cleaned very well every day. Are there no negatives? Well.. the elevators are long due for an update and have their issues from time to time. I hope that gets sorted soon. I personally think there is just a little to much selling going on at the shops that you pass on your way to the restaurant.
Book it! You will not regret it.

We really enjoyed our time here. All the staff were wonderful. Shout-out to our friend who worked on the lobby bar, the cleaner who does a great job on the lobby toilets and to the archery man. They were the highlights. The grounds are really nice and clean, with plenty to do. Food was delicious, Tunisian food selection was especially really nice to see. Soups and salads and fruit. lots of choice. Always a speciality theme night and different options available. There was a good portion of children and more "western" food available also. Our waiter wasnt the best but I think it was a language thing, we got some different drinks than we ordered at times. Also the drinks in the restaurant are not very substantial and so we often would get a drink from the bar on the way to the restaurant to keep us going throughout the service. Housekeeping worked hard as did cleaning team throughout hotel. The aquapark is better than expected with variety for all and some really thrilling slide. The beach area is also pleasant with lots of sunbeds and plenty of watersports available. The pools are really cool, with one used for the animation events, another big one with lots of room and a smaller one at the top. Note to future guests: take your own towel for beach/pool or end up buying one or paying a fine. Also recommend you take your own cup if you like bigger drinks/don't want polystyrene ones. Bottles of water are available at the main bar in the lobby. The lifts are a little bit frustrating and you don't get a lot of information about the resort on check-in, in fact check-in was quite confusing for us. Also note, you can't change money back to pounds at the hotel and we also couldn't figure out how to do so at the airport which was frustrating. But would all in all, would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a really lovely stay with good weather and great people.

Overall a good experience, food was good, service was good and facilities were a bit old but overall in good condition. There was animation all throughout the day and especially in the evening, there were a lot of kids so it was fun for mine also. The animation team really gave an extra effort.

This was so much more than a holiday for us. All the staff work very hard, long days and long hours to ensure your stay is comfortable...the staff don't ever seem stop.

Our waiter Maher ( commis ) provided fantastic service each meal time, the table was laid perfectly and drinks order taken as soon as we sat down. Everything was above our expectations....This young man was faultless and a credit to the team. One night we had a power cut for 1 hour so everyone came to dinner at the same time...and it was manic! Even though it was busy Maher and his team got thru it with a smile. You had to be there to understand the hard work that went into that day. The kitchen made sure that the food was never empty.

Whilst you are here take a moment to see what is being provided for you. Treat everyone with the gratitude they deserve.

After meeting with Issam (the spa man) My husband and I treated ourselves to a little treatment package. We got a great deal too. Definitely stop by and treat yourself You won't regret it. Our treatment was incredible.
Having never had a spa treatment before we didn't know what expect...Salma the 1st lovely lady invited us (for the hammam) to have a algae clay treatment which was massaged all over our arms legs shoulders and back... ours was mentol so it was tingly and cold... really nice 👍 then we was taking into a steam room. After 10 minutes, the clay was showered off.
Asma massaged my husband and Hanem massage myself. My husband had painful lumps all over his lower back, he had been to Dr about them but got no help...Asma had magic healing hand. I can touch his back again. Thank you Asma.

My massage was so peaceful and relaxing. Hanem is very talented and 50 minutes felt longer. I am very grateful to her for her time. Thank you Hanem.

This was followed by a facemask and head massage by the beautiful and kind Imen. Thank you Imen, I left feeling clean and pampered. Perfect way to end the session.

All 4 ladies are gracious and humble and deserving of the world for the service they provide. Treat these women with love and recognition.

Really lovely spa.

A great place and plenty of things to do. Didn't do many night activities but did do karaoke and activities on beach. Almost drowned on one of the slides but lifeguard had a speedy reaction. Will miss the tall Arabic woman who stands outside restaurant. Food was great especially the omelettes in morning. Would definitely go again.

Loved our holiday. Needed a deep rest and I got it here. Great family vibe. Food was lovely. Everyone works so so hard, the entertainment team, waiters, cleaners, barmen. Everyone!

Horse riding at sunset was magical.

All the staff are super friendly an amazing variety of foods. For every meal. Local drinks not that good, best to bring your own from duty free. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable.

Just returned from a week staying here. It exceeded all expectations. It was spotlessly clean, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful - they genuinely want to make it the best time for you.
Plenty to do - water sports, horse-riding, beach volleyball, aqua-aerobics, boules, yoga, excursions available.
Shops at the resort - haggle - its how its done!
Food was superb - themed nights, fresh every day, snacks available all the time.
I honestly can't find fault with this place.
Already booking for next year!

Definitely should be a 4 star hotel, on the beach l, so many facilities in hotel, piano bar, nightclub, Italian restaurant, pier bar, mini golf, aqua Park, horse riding, shops to buy souvenirs so u don't need to leave if u don't want to....it goes on.....the grounds are very big too! Service was great by all staff, worth every penny. We was 2 adults and 2 children for 10days.

Grate Hotel with uncommon dishes. Staff was friendly but special atencion should be directet to a waiter who served us whole week we sat at table No 442. Fakhreddine is professional, kind always ready to help with a smile upon his face. Hotel is very lucky to have him among its staff.

A wonderful hotel kept immaculately clean and tidy lovely staff and a beautiful place with loads to do and see top stuff I only gave the rooms three stars because they are small but perfectly acceptable.

Brilliant hotel, lots of nice friendly staff nothing to much trouble. nice food n nice cold beer. I did up grade to a sea view room and glad I did as normal rooms are a bit small. Upgraded room was fantastic.

Hotel is definitely 3 star, rooms need upgrading. However everything else was 5 star. Pool area is amazing as are the staff.
I chose to tip the waiters, beach workers etc. They fetched the sunbeds and mattresses and brought my drinks as soon as my glass was empty.
That was my choice , plenty people didn't and your under no pressure to do so.

Amazing service. Rooms very comfortable
Staff very friendly from reception to cleaners and bar staff. Ideal location with beautiful white sandy beach with beach bar which is not on you A/I but only works out 1.50 a bottle. Water sports for everyone plus small waterpark. 3 really good sized pools for adults and especially kids. Entertainment good through the day and evening.

Unbelievable experience so far. SAMIR in the restaurant is amazingly helpful and courteous. All the staff can't help enough. All courteous, genuinely friendly and helpful. The food variety is amazing, whether it's breakfast lunch or tea. Weather is Unbelievable too. The pools, slides, football and gold are good for different activities.

I came back from one week holiday which was amazing. It was my first holiday but I loved. So nice and kind people, hard working there to make our holiday perfect. Animation team (especially Maddi) always smiling and know how to take us from chair to do aqua fitness or playing games. Ladies from spa made wonderful treatments for me and friends. Also big surprised for free dinner in Italian restaurant.
If you still thinking about this hotel then stop choose and see yourself.
I will back to this hotel for sure.

hotel was beautiful, all staff were so welcoming . we booked a trip to the hardrock cafe, also a boat to an island which was amazing. we also had an amazing time on the horses, the guy selling the horse rides was such a nice guy and very welcoming. he bought lovely atmosphere around the pools making lots of people happy. also the guys who took us on the horses where such nice people , who cared lots for the horses which was lovely to see and they made us feel very comfortable. this was my first time on a horse. loved it!. we will be returning soon.
