Great holidays, delicious and various food, lots of fruit and vegetable, great meat choice. Wonderful experience at a la carte restaurant Blue&Blue! Clean and tidy rooms, air-conditioned. Cozy inside. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful sea, shallow and transparent, perfect for kids. Clean beach, looked after. Security and lifeguards are constantly there, made me feel safe.

I recommend this hotel for families who really wants to spend time on relaxation. Swimming pools, cleanliness of room, Staff attention are on the great level. Safety on highest level. Also food and drinks availability is on the good level.
We faced some issue at the beginning, but after communication with Mr. Fethi and Mr. Aymen all was sorted out with the great success.
Also would like to thank the Hotel for a spectacular surprise on my daughter's birthday. Room decorations, flowers and cake made this day a more than fantastic!
We will definitely return to you, even though we are still with you!

Staff are extremely pleasant, place is amazing, food is to die for. Entertainment Staff are Very good at what they do. Massage is really relaxing, quads bike's so much fun and the photographier took amazing pictures of the family I would recommend this hotel.

Our first visit to Tunisia and it was fantastic! We stayed at the oneconnect sun all inclusive hotel resort and loved the whole week! Our welcome was fantastic, with the enjoyment team dancing and handing out drinks to newcomers, check in was fast, our bags taken to our room and the room itself was perfect. We are family of 2 adults and 2 children so we had 2 beds pushed into a double and 2 single beds in the room. We also had a balcony facing the front of the property so we could see the pools and aqua park. Food was varied and plenty available throughout the day and night, drinks were all brilliant (especially the cocktails) and plenty of childrens options in the krick krack kids area. The beach is accessible directly at the back of the hotel and camels and jet skis are available to ride. The Thomas cook concessions tour guide, Wissim, was very helpful and we booked a trip to Friguia Parc which is a local zoo. The enjoyment team were all welcoming and friendly, engaging with adults and children all the way through the week. A special shout out to Ayoub for chatting to us, taking time to tell us about events and showing off his dance and acrobatics skills.

The only problem is not much food variety no English food nice if you like French cuisine or Arabic cuisine

Absolutely love this resort. All areas are exceptionally clean all the time. The staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough to help. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful soft white sandy beach with beautiful clear water. Who needs the Caribbean, when One Resort Jockey, Monastir, Tunisia is just a three hour flight from the UK? The resort is a short taxi ride from the centre of Monastir and greatly placed for trips to Sousse, Carthage, etc. The drinks are good. Food is what one would expect from an all inclusive, hit and miss. Nice waterslides, good daily and evening entertainment. Great for family's and couples alike. I will definitely return. I highly recommend.

Staff go out of their way to look after you. Always activities to do and massive range of food to choose from. Highly recommend this place.lots of security around hotel to put you at ease. Enjoyment team make sure your holiday is fun.

Entertainment brilliant team amazing and very friendly . Food ok could have kids meals on longer but can always find something to eat . Special thanks to Skidzo, Jayzee,Comic, Tayma, Don, Ayup and Light the whole team are awesome. Thanks x

From getting off the coach the welcome off the entertainment team was brilliant they are worth there weight in gold what a set of young kids Scooby didi Mr ask me anything zeeco Kampala tchachi our room was lovely sea view beautiful beach no hassle food not to good same thing every day staff are friendly and work very hard the only problem I found was the bath getting in and out don't know how old people mange had a brilliant holiday again the entertainment team makes it well done keep up the hard work xxxx
