Really comfy and clean hotel with good location. For this low price, the food is really okay, and above all, it's clean and the service is incredibly polite. In addition to lunches, there are snacks and food in the pool kitchen. The pools are clean, the beach also. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

We've spent a magical week in Helya Beach Hotel, Monastir. The marvelous, velvety see, Tunisian culture and people, have already stolen our heart. The room was nice, practical and clean with a breathtaking view to the see , the food was various and really tasty, spicey and extraordinary. The staff was kind and gentle. The hotel has a really lovely animator team with talented dancers and opend, friendly, kind guys. We loved their programmes all day long, even in the night. We will definetaly come back to Helya Beach Hotel.

Staff are absolutely amazing encouraging you to participate and enjoy the night and always trying to entertain you especially the staff members Alex and susu

The food is beyond amazing and thier speciality is easily seafood which I do not rlly like but yet I still enjoyed it, thier meats and other slection of foods are extremely well presented and taste just as good as it looks

The rooms are extraordinarily clean and cleaning staff are non stop making sure your rooms are clean and sometimes decorate it for you even the toilet paper 🤣 and even without a tip they pro need to make your room look amazing without a doubt unlike some hotels give up without being tipped

The location of the place is very nice and the private beach area is more than lovely with a nice beach volleyball court the weather is almost killing for me anyway but great for people looking to get a great tan careful of those tan lines lol

All together this place offer next level service, extraordinarily clean rooms, wonderful location and and overall greatness that is deserving of 5 stars following with staff that take care of thier customers all the time.

Extra note: most staff know what language your speaking in so no need to worry about your language

Fantastic complex everything perfect entertainment team make this place especially susu and Alex

Overall very good...several pools, 1 with 3 slides, beach 20 metres from the pool.
Animation Team dealing with children were the best...You can leave kids with them twice a day for 2 hours

I came at this hotel in 2019 and my journey was awesome there, the staff are friendly ( from room service maids to entertainers all of them) the food is nice, there’s a remarquable variety in the menu every day, the rooms are clean, the outdoor activities are one of my most favorite ( yoga, water-aerobics, stretchings .. it goes by a program ) I enjoyed it everyday.
I hardly recommend it, I’ll certainly try to come back 😍

I came for a Tunisian Holiday recently to this Hotel, all in all I had a great experience, amazing weather, very friendly staff, animators are absolutely fab guys, reception staff was very helpful, kind and ready to help whenever in need for WIFi, the reception director is truly knowledgeable and kind person! Personally speaking once again I had a great holiday, well done to hotel staff! Definitely recommend it for English people as well!
