Nour Palace Resort

Have to say the hotel is amazing for staff alone. Special shoutout to Malek who helped me when my card taken from card machine. Also Raid, Atef, Jilani, Hassen, Salim, Islam,
Raouf and all the other staff. It's great location, no issues with people selling on the beach. Also have two great swimming pools and has excellent massage parlour. Food is what is expected I paid for, wide range of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely thinking going again next year.

Rooms -
Hotel has 20 years and will need to refresh its room furniture soon. Only one or two power sockets, so it is hard to charge all your devices, but recepion can help. Rooms are huge and our had a nice see side view.
Staff -
Kind staff, always willing to help. There were always something good to eat and local vine was good also.
Location -
Beach is beautifull and sea very warm. It took one hour and few minutes to get there from the airport, this is ok, but the road is not comfy (many slowdowns, etc).

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. The food was great and delicious. Very friendly staff and great hotel for family. The rooms were very clean and huge family rooms were available. Even the standard room is a good size room, with a balcony, shower, bath, a fridge, a full-size wardrobe, a sofa inside the room, and chairs on the balcony. There's plenty to do for everyone. They had a lovely spa on level -2, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage therapy. There is also an outdoor pool which in summer would be great. There is also a games room for the kids, with bowling, pool, and a couple of other games. There is also shisha available for those who like it. The food court has a lot of variety, from starters to mains to deserts, and everything tastes good. This hotel is disable friendly, and a lot of help is available if you have a passenger with you who uses a wheelchair. This hotel is situated not from any of the places in the city, which were about 5 - 10 minutes away, depending on where you go.

I also want to extend my appreciation to Mohamed, the gentleman who works diligently around the pool area. His presence and attentiveness made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. His warm and welcoming demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our time by the pool.

To the hardworking individuals in the housekeeping facilities, thank you for your exceptional efforts. Your dedication to cleanliness and maintaining a comfortable environment is truly commendable. It's because of your unwavering commitment that we experienced a clean and well-organized room throughout our stay.

In general, I would like to thank all the lovely people working in this hotel. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers, your friendly and accommodating nature has made our experience here truly remarkable. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional service we have received.

Great hotel, very well looked after. That's 2 sixty year old, Very much kid oriented, just tip the waiters and you can't go wrong.

Good size family hotel, officially 5 stars hotel, but in my opinion max 4. Very friendly staff, a lot of facilities, huge swimming pool and just short walking distance to hotels beach. Definitely dinning and kitchen area needs improvement, meals are good but waiting time for main food meals was too long. Anyway I would recommend for family visits.

Family holiday(me, 2y old daughter, 5 y old nephew and grandmother). Rooms-big and clean, food-a lot of meat, fish, vegetable, ice cream, fruit, beer, wine! Inside and outside huge pool, funny animation programme, nice beach full of shelves. BUT!!!!!!!! The best in this hotel are PEOPLE!!! Amazing animation programme:funny, friendly, full of energy! Every night dancing for babies. The last day I just wanted to cry from the morning until we left. All the staff in the kitchen and restaurant were very friendly, helpfull amd smiling. I read many reviews before coming to Nour Palace and I was really scared. Now I am sure it was written by people who just expect perfection. Life is about people. I felt how all the staff appreciate that we chose the hotel and all of them (from cleaning ladies and men to chef) were so friendly. My 2 years old daughter was happy like never before. Thank to all of you guys. It was my first time in Tunisia-Africa and I will definitily come back one day. I will miss you! Thank you, Barbora❤

I came with my hubby and daughter.from the staff to the food to the customer service..everything was outstanding.you only get Internet in their lobby but its still OK,you would feel the love and attention to detail,everything is nice and cosy.I have been a traveller for 13 years now and I can boldly tell you that everything here is phenomenal..This hotel is a 5 star hotel no doubt

Holiday in Nour Palace was asolutely awesome. People were nice and helpful, food was very good as well, room was clean. It is better to pay more money for sea view, because view is amazing. Delegate told us in Mahdia are the most beautiful beaches in Tunisia and he was right.
There is a lot of Arab tourists, which could be problem for someone from Europe, some of them leave mess on the tables or next to pool. It was not such a problem for us. I can only recommend this hotel!

Good food, great staff, loads of things to do. Rooms have AC and Wifi, the pool is great. Waterslides on site. A great way to rest.

5 stars for the staff. We are the only English couple here but the are making us more than welcome. Still here
