For somehow the hospital is good in same of department but in case of surgery ( procedures ) they are very poor

Ni hospitali kubwa ya mkoa wa kigoma na ina inawahudumia watu wote wa mkoa juu wa hapa mjini na wa vijiji vyote vya mkoa juu wanaoletwa kwa huduma zaidi walizoshindwa kupata huko vijijini,madaktari wapi wa kutosha na wahudumu wa afya wapi hapo wanahitajika waongezwe ili huduma uwe bora zaidi pia majengo yapo na yanatakiwa yaongezwe,vitengo mbali mbali vyipo kama matibabu ya kinywa,upasuaji, na vingine pia

It's the month of February 2024, and im sharing this to WARN YOU about this hospital.
Look, if you want good service, go elseware.
There was not one good thing here besides actually getting better.
My experience being here with severe Mallaria was terrible, and here's why.
1. Customer service is without eye contact. They don't show love or care for their patients. But instead, tell you to wait here or someone is coming soon and never shows up unless you say something over and over or it'll just take forever.
2. Their communication is terrible. You have to tell them to make sure to come to you... and to explain your medicine and care.
3. You'll be paying an arm, a leg, and your hair from stress from being here.
4. If you're there by yourself, you'll have a difficult time getting your own medication because the pharmacy is so far away from the rooms, and you'll have to go there yourself every single time. No matter what kind of medicine it is because you have to pay for it yourself.
5. They don't give you any food or water.
6. Theres no towels or toilet paper.
