Great friendly people. While doing the treatments that sting and make you hurt the certified person, Kent, talks & directs your interest to other things. You are finished & taken care of quickly & on your way to feeling better.

Haven't been this pleased with a new doctor almost 4 years. He answered all my questions, made me feel he was interested in my recovery and helped me realize I was harming myself by self medicating instead of following directions hoping to eliminate some side effects. I highly recommend Dr. Ken Shippen.

Kent was very thorough and took time to get to know me. I like that. Some medical people have their hand on the door handle when they ask if there is anything else.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The waiting time was minimal, and the doctor was very cordial. He treated some problem spots easily and quickly. Overall it was a very pleasant visit.

The Dermatologist was very thorough and caring. And wanted to do the best for us that he could. We will be waiting for info on biopsy. And see you soon. THANK YOU,
