River Oaks Dental, Aitkin

This was BY FAR the best dental experience I've ever had. Karen, at the reception desk, offered a friendly welcome. I was escorted to a room by Kristin, who showed interest in me as a human being and engaged me in conversation while taking X-rays and prepping me. Dr. Severson was equally as engaging and friendly. He explained my options and accomplished the work quickly, skillfully, and with professional perfection. I'm thrilled to have found River Oaks Dental and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

We brought our 6 day old infant to get a frenectomy done. All the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. Our baby was very well taken care of and the procedure and after care were explained very thoroughly to us. Would highly recommend this office!

Reception/office staff were cheerful and helpful. Diane has a great balance of being personable as well as professional, as does Dr Fleming.

Very gentle and atuned to patient comfort and safety. Even an extraction was comfortable and pain free. Recovering well as predicted. Worth the distance for the excellent care!

I love this office so much. Dr. McLean is so assuring and quick and makes me feel at ease. I also brought my infant with me and she started crying - but the sweetest receptionist helped with her and kept her calm the rest of my appointment! Such an awesome family friendly dental practice!

After my regular 6 month cleaning with Diane I had a follow up appointment scheduled within 2 weeks. Diane is always professional, easy going, and so thorough.
I needed to get 2 fillings done and it
was one of the best dental experiences. I had a filling re-done on warranty since they didn’t like how it looked and another smaller cavity filled right next to it.
Dr.Severson is always professional and easy to talk with. Jenna and Connelly took care of completing my fillings and we had a few laughs along the way.
I had some really jagged and chipped front teeth and Dr. Severson smoothed them out and made them look amazing! Changed my smile for the better, I couldn’t be happier!

Today I brought my 2-month-old in for a lip and tongue tie evaluation/revision. The staff and Dr. Severson were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. My 4 year old also had a tongue tie revision here about 1 year ago and it greatly helped his quality of sleep/focus in school (he chronically snored) as well as diet (he was unable to maneuver meat in his mouth prior to the revision). I would definitely recommend this office to be evaluated for any tethered oral tissues.

Always a great experience when I go there. Everyone is very friendly and so helpful. They really truly care about not only my dental needs but also about me, the patient, as well. I think that is so awesome!

I bring my 3 year old daughter to River Oaks Dental every 6 months for an exam. She and I absolutely love it! The staff are so kind and thoughtful, the dental hygienist’s and Dentists are so patient and thorough with my daughter. She actually enjoys her trips to the dentist and that makes me so happy. We will continue to go here. 10/10 recommend them to everyone with small children or regular dental needs. Thanks for all you do!

What an amazing staff, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My wife and beloved soul mate had recently died, upon realizing that I was given flowers before leaving the office. How thoughtful!

River Oaks is a great Dental clinic. The staff is friendly and always prompt they explain everything throughly prior to doing any dental procedure so I never have any unexpected surprise. I highly recommend River Oaks Dental.

I have never had a bad experience at River Oaks Dental. I was so grateful they could fit me in when my tooth broke. Even though they are fully booked they treat you like you are their only patient. River Oaks is a very professional, relaxed environment! Dr. Fleming and Heidi are the best!
