Always deals to be found here. Now they have self checkout, but a real person comes over if they see you needing help. I come here only once in awhile, because I visit people in Aitkin, but the people I visit, get their rx here and seem to enjoy this store.

We have used this store and pharmacy several times in 2022, have not had any issues and pharmacist worked diligently to help us transfer prescriptions. Staff has always been friendly, store clean.

Very friendly and competent staff! The pharmacy is great as well.

Hardly anyone else was there so I didn't feel anxiety when I was there. Nice sales clerk.

Had to get a Christmas card for the nephew

Pharmacist personnel today and on a prior occasion was rude and inept. I stood at the pharmacy counter today for a full 10 minutes watching a female pharmacist opening and closing drawers before i was even acknowledged. Then when i told her i had an appt. She advised they had no record so paperwork would be needed. Another 10 minutes before being told to come to office for vacine. The pharmacist has zero bedside manner and her shots are painful. Seems to enjoy inflicting pain too. Never again.

The front desk lady who checked me out was so sweet and helpful, and that's the reason for the 2 stars. If I were to rate the pharmacy staff alone, it would have been 0 stars. I am shocked that in a up north town like Aitkin that the level of kindness was to say the least, lacking. Very rude and seemed annoyed that I had a pharmacy related question. I would never get medication filled here just to avoid giving my service to them.

Went to get cough syrup for my niece on 12/29. Google said cvs closes at 8pm and the sign on the door says it closes at 8pm , i arrived at 7:50 and they were closed. My sick niece had to wait until the next morning until they opened up again. Very disappointed and will do my best to avoid giving that location business

Drive 40 minutes to get my prescription and every time I go there I have to come back the next day and on top of it I need my medication they do not have their stuff together at this location whatsoever very disappointed . Was getting better but now again today new lady was very rude!!!! Will be changing places if she is still there for long . No one needs a attitude when they call to refill a prescription

This store is always dirty and under stocked. Tried to return a defective item 5 days after purchase with a picture of my receipt. Since I didn’t have a physical copy they treated me like a shoplifter. For a $13 item! The staff is rude and the pharmacists are incompetent. Prescriptions are never filled in time and I’ve had to wait days to a week before when they were out of stock of a medication I have refilled here for 18 months.

If I could give this store no stars I would! Worst experience I've ever had in a CVS. Used the pharmacy for convenience. The pharmacy staff was rude an disrespectful. I'm so happy to be able to go too Guide Point pharmacy an be treated like a person!

I just visited this store, and I will never be a patron at any CVS ever again. My prescription is a rather tricky one to get filled, and my visit to CVS was no different than my visit to any other pharmacy in that regard. The inability of the pharmacist to fill my prescription is not why I am writing this today though. I was told that it was ordered, or at least an attempt was made to order it, and that my prescription was so unusual that it did not arrive with the regular order. What makes me angry is that I dropped my script off on Sunday, and the pharmacy found out on Friday but did not call me or let me know. Why would CVS even have the option to order the medication if they are not even sure if it will even arrive with their order? Walgreens is a scummy company too, just like CVS, but at least they will call you to tell you that they were not able to get the script. I was told that it would arrive this weekend and that I would receive a call; which I never did. Now I am going to be out of my medication which could put me in the hospital. I was told by the staff to try Walgreens in Brainerd, but I do not have enough money to drive all the way down there now when I was JUST IN BRAINERD ON FRIDAY. Unbelievable. If I could give this place a negative rating I would.

A prescription was faxed from a st cloud MD to this CVS on a Tuesday am, we drove 30 miles out of our way to pick it up on Tues evening...not ready, bit pick it up tomorrow after 6pm. We drove 30 miles out of our way on Wed...not ready, probably after 6 pm tomorrow, but we will call you...Thurs, no call...Fri am phone call to CVS resulted in 20 minutes of "we will be with you monentarily"; i called non-RX number and requested a call. Fri pm, I called again, spoke with a pharmacy staff person who said pharmacy manager would call first thing Sat...no call. As of this moment, 12:34pm, no call, no way to get through on automated line, no prescription, no satisfaction!

Terrible very very rude Pharmacy people very rude every month when it's time to do my meds I will be leaving and taking them somewhere else the only thing that's nice is the girls at the front desk when you go to buy stuff at the cashier they try to be nice

I lost a baby, got discharged from the hospital and went to pick up my meds the staff were HORRIBLE. I left in tears needless to say. It was so sad.

Very rude pharmacy staff, should definitely not work in customer service if that's how they are gonna treat people!
