Great agency ran by a very active, attentive, considerate, and excellent all-around agent. I've always considered the agent & agency as being more important than the company itself....since the insurance is only as good as the agent. They're who serves your business as the liason between you and the company. A bad agent with a great company still leaves you with bad insurance. AmFam has a track record of being a really good company....at claim time especially, and that's what really matters.
