Great, fast, friendly service!

I ordered a bed for my son before Thanksgiving from Moore's Discount Furniture. I was told about the place by a friend and went to check it out. I can't say that the price was discount, but they had the bed I wanted. Or I should say that they had the ability to order the bed that I wanted. I was told it would be in well before Christmas. Here it is a week before Christmas and I had not heard anything. I called them and they said that they were hoping it was on the truck coming in this morning. But that if it wasn't on the truck this morning, they'd get it to me eventually. I told the guy on the phone that I was told I would have it by Christmas as it is a present for my son. He told me that I talked to the other guy when I ordered it so it wasn't his "problem" and that I should be grateful that he'd bothered to look into it. Never would I recommend these people. My order with them shouldn't be thought of as some one else's problem. It is there store and their problem. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere that cares about their customers.
