McDonald's

I throw a paper route in Aiken and every other night I love stopping by this McDonald's. Haven't been disappointed yet!!! Very nice customer service. I love all the workers I see every time I go.. ☺keep up the wonderful work guys!!!

The staff is excellent they make you feel comfortable the bathroom is clean whoever clean the bathroom I give them two thumbs up I will recommend anyone to stop by for coffee or whichever you recommend on the menu

Very friendly and coordinated staff. They rock and the food is perfect every time!

The cashier was so patient helping me get online to unlock my card. She was knowledgeable and kind. The food was hot and served quickly. The order was correct and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

This McDonald's has changed for the better! Great job it used to be a shadow of a great fast food restaurant now it's back!

Okay so yeah they screw up my order and sometimes put onions, but I can wipe them off even if it’s annoying.

But there’s one man there that’s so enthusiastic I can’t help but smile! He’s super sweet and if I could tip him every time I went through, I would! Love hearing him. Encountered a few times and I can’t help but smile.

There’s also a young lady who’s super sweet and funny, love seeing her at the window! Not to mention, kinda cute..

McDonald's is the best place to get great cold ice tea.

Everything was great, and the people working were some of the nicest that I have ever encountered as far as McDonald's employees go. The tall gentleman that I asked for some condiments was happy to accommodate and his upbeat attitude alone made me want to return. Sun 24th around 1AM, the people who worked that shift are Superstars.

It was clean and decorated very nice! People were very busy but efficient. Very polite too. Wish ours was that way in North Augusta. We have 2 that need People skills. Also to make they nice to come in. Not cold and unfriendly.

Who ever is running the store, especially night shift is doing something right. I have always gotten good, hot food at night. And during the day they have always been polite. My order has always been correct. Probably the best McDonald's I've gone to. I look forward to going there after a long day at work and any wait times are not even noticeable, especially for the level of service provided.

The staff is always kind and courteous and my orders are normally pretty accurate. Considering the volume of customers at peak times, the wait has never been terrible for me. Overall, its a great place for a quick bite. Coffee products are tasty also!

I love McDonald's cause of how nice the staff is you see I am homeless and they treat me and my husband with compassion and are very generous now some of the staff don't like us and we can understand that but thank you McDonald's for letting us sit outside your restaurant and for being so generous sweet and caring we appreciate and are very blessed for y'all and we love y'alls food

This is one of the busier MsDonalds in the area.
They have plenty of help, and food was hot and fast.

Better than most of my McDonald's experiences. Young man taking my order was easy to understand and very kind over the microphone. Order was correct (you'd be surprised how many times a "plain cheeseburger.. just meat and cheese please" turns into extra pickles and sauce). Fast service. A nice bonus was the slushie machine being functional-blue raspberry drink was pretty good.

MacDonalds is our latest night go-to when we are hungry. Love the Double Cheeseburgers, QPC Deluxe, fries, & drinks. Satisfies our late night hunger. Thanks, McDonald's!

Staff is more than helpful

Drive thru. Fast. Efficient. Usually order deluxe quarter pounder. It's always been fresh.

Late night stop, but so worth the 10 minute wait. Fries were HOT HOT HOT and perfect. Staff was so great, wish more people would recognize them!
