Great meal today in Aiken! Best steak I have ever ordered from a restaurant. The owner, Roger was great and waiter, Brandon was also wonderful.

It was a Friday night, so it was definitely busy. Our food was slow coming out (35 min cheese fry) and the cheese fries weren’t really layered like we asked for; and they shorted me on the French onion soup. Alice Springs chicken took over 45 minutes. BUT our server Joy was a joy to have taking care of us! She made it all right and made the trip worth it. We will definitely be back and request for her service (:

I would recommend eating here! Logan, the bar tender was amazing & friendly. She always puts a smile on your face. She is a phenomenal employee for Outback👏👏

Some family members and I visited Outback Steakhouse in Aiken, SC on a recent Saturday night. We called ahead and they told us they didn't take reservations but we did say we were on our way and they took our name. When we got to the restaurant, the parking lot was crammed and so was the lobby, with people waiting for a table. We waited a few minutes and gave our name at the hostess station and within minutes we were seated. Once seated, we noticed a very large section of the restaurant was vacant, there were no diners there and we wondered why with all the people waiting in the lobby. The answer became clear when our waitperson, Joy, came to our table to take our drink order. We asked her about all the empty tables. She said that the restaurant was very short staffed that night and that management should have posted a sign on the door saying the wait would be 2 hours or more due to staffing issues. However, Outback chose not to do that. Needless to say, we were very happy to have been seated so quickly and we told Joy we understood about the delay in everything, that we weren't in any hurry and she could take her time with us. Joy was appreciative of our understanding. We ordered drinks and appetizers and our dinners, all at a relaxed pace and Joy did an outstanding job keeping everything going. Even though understaffed, the kitchen sent out fabulous food, we had prime rib and a NY sirloin and all of us were pleased with how our prime cuts were cooked and the side dishes were excellent. The Caesar salad was OUTSTANDING. The restaurant staff, from chefs to servers, absolutely pulled a rabbit out of their hats and we had the most delicious dinner in spite of the huge crowd waiting to be fed. I cannot say enough wonderful words about how fabulously we were treated by our server, Joy, and the top quality of our food preparation. I hadn't been to an Outback Restaurant in a while, but this most recent visit absolutely makes me want to go back again and go back again quickly. Outback needs to recognize these unsung hero's in their staff members who kept their business afloat while so drastically short staffed yet they pulled it off. I recommend calling ahead to find out what the wait time is but do not let that deter you from visiting Outback in Aiken, SC, and enjoying a fabulous meal served by conscientious employees. Kudo's to Joy. She never lost her sense of humor, no matter how many guests she was scrambling to serve.

Had an amazing time with my family this evening with an amazing server named Gabe. He took care of our big family brought all food out on time super nice and pleasant. Even gave us a coupon to come back for a free appetizer. Didn’t have to ask for refills and he let us take our time ordering our food. We will be back. Also the manager even came to check on us which was very nice to do!

It was a nice night out with a friend. We sat at the bar. Dylan C. And Logan S. Did a great job. We got the the mushrooms, salad, Ribeye and filet. Perfect.

The Hostess Sam was amazing! She is the only hostess in Aiken that paid attention to the fact that my father is handicapped and didn't need to walk all the way to the back of the restaurant! She was excellent and very observant!

Roger the manager was Yahsome and amazing! I love how he went to the different tables and spoke with those that were dining in! He even held my granddaughter who doesn’t let people hold her or get to close! My burger wasn’t done completely and Roger came and took it back and handled it personally to make sure it was cooked all the way through like I asked.

Rosie was an amazing waitress she was so nice and pleasant!! She always kept making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The food was amazing

The experience is ALWAYS wonderful! Rosie was a great server! My daughter beat Roger the manager in a coloring contest and received a delicious dessert!

Katie, who works at the to-go station, is a rock star! Was at Outback last weekend & long wait time for food. Katie handled an extremely stressful situation like a professional. Tonight went to pick up food and there’s Katie with a big smile and giving everyone great customer service.

Lorelei made it a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Lorelei was extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Victoria's Filet mignon was tender and delicious with a fine crust. They also give a choice of dessert for free if it's your birthday, which is really nice.

This Outback exceeds expectations of a chain restaurant. The food was cooked perfectly. The waiter with the French accent had some of the best customer service I’ve seen in all my life. Never a bad experience at this location.

Ths was 3 years ago----Been a while since i went to any outback so i pleasantly surprised at how nice staff was and lunch portion was just enough
edit 3-3-22 we back after few years again and staff was still awesome our waitress camila (spelling may be off) was so great. There was error with food and she already had it corrected. Food was good

Disappointed with our meals this time. Server Rosie was Great. Blooming onion floating in grease. Husband's chicken on the barbie dry and like rubber. My chef salad had lettuce that was brown. This Outback needs to step up with what their kitchen is putting out!

Perfectly Crisp Hot Fries, Broccoli just a slight crunch and soft, medium rare steak nice and warm at the table, food in less than 15 minutes, consistent bread delivery. Would recommend.

Great service!!! Food was good! Roger (manager) and Brandon (server) were amazing! Every need was meet and the standards are high for they customers! I will definitely be back! 5 star service!! We had the Alfredo and blooming chicken! Go try it out

Our waitress was really good if we needed something we only had to ask and she was pretty quick about getting it for us. As always the food was wonderful. The steaks were well flavored, and there was no need for steak sauce to add extra moisture or flavor. The servers and bus boys were friendly and courteous also. As always, a great dining experience .

Roger has been the saving grace for Outback! He and his staff are working very hard and are doing their best with the Aiken Outback! Thank you for your services
