Niceness droped

Extremely rude staff members. They do not send mail to the correct address. When you call and ask for assistance, the supervisor (Marsha) will get personal and not maintain professionalism. If you call for information on making a formal complaint, they will hang up in your face. I have never dealt with this type of service here in South Carolina before. This is a great city, but the people in this office show a bad example of service to this county due to its poor leadership. I hope others are treated with more respect.

I had and many others a 9:00 appt
Judge got up and left at a little after 9:00 said she be back at 11:00?? Full Court room.
Then they have it set up to go in front of your accusing officer in the back behind closed doors and give your opinion/testimony??
This felt like a trap so the officer can get your side and make sure he doesn't get tripped up in front of the judge.

It’s a racist cop and a racist juge I sat in front of this man and cried my eyes out he still order me to pay 300 for not having a License but The thing is I had a license it just wasn’t South Carolina I told him I will be leaving the state soon witch I did I’m in fort lee now I told him I was only here because of my husband training he still didn’t care I guess that’s how they treat military members and there families well at least Minority’s

I just can't rate it any other way. I didn't want to be there, and they took my money. What else can I say?
