I had been to 4 different doctors in less than one week. Not one of them was able to provide any relief or even treatment other than antibiotics which weren’t helping. Out of desperation I decided to reach out one last time and literally the same day they saw me I was properly diagnosed, treated and feeling 100x better. I’m so grateful, will definitely be using them in the future.

Stephen and his staff are very professional and compassionate! You won’t find a more caring and knowledgeable provider.

There are a lot of negative reviews but I had a really good experience. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable and the staff was all very pleasant.

I have been using Aiken Dermatology for years, going once a year. I was not informed Dr. Fitch had left the practice and was assigned to the PA, but continued to go for my yearly checks for skin cancer and any other issues. This year, our insurance changed and I presented my card to the front desk. Several minutes later they returned my card to me. I asked if everything was good and was told yes. I was seen by the PA and had numerous spots treated and one removed to biopsy( which turned out ok). One month later I returned for my recheck and was told I owed over $1,000 from my previous visit. They did not carry my insurance. They said,”I can’t believe we allowed you to leave without paying”.I can’t believe they didn’t inform me before the procedures were done Had I been told before my exam, I would have cancelled. They admitted they had made a mistake by not informing me and knocked off some of the bill, but I had to come out of pocket for quite a lot.The PA is also leaving the practice so I guess it’s a good time for a change.
Edit- 21 days after my payment was made, I received a bill marked unpaid.

Very odd experience. You initially walk in and are met with very unprofessional signs taped to the wall that order you to be on time. But they then keep me waiting in a cold examining room in my underwear for 15 minutes. Since my first skin cancer 15 years ago I have had regular yearly mole checks. It's a fairly straightforward procedure we're typically a PA will look at just about every inch of your skin. Simple as that. At Aiken Dermatology they asked me whether I wanted a full body check or just from the waist up. Who the heck checks their skin for skin cancer only from the waist up? I asked for the entire body and then the PA who did the exam said that I might want to get a full body check. Which I guess would include him looking inside my underwear . This is ridiculous. 3 different levels a skin cancer check, each more expensive than the other. Absolutely ridiculous. Just look at the damn body for skin cancer! I won't be back.

Now Im thoroughly mad. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB because this is ridiculous. Y’all deleted my last review, but I have evidence of it in my google history. I made an appointment here, called in advance before I was on my way, and they said I was not in the system, I never made an appointment there and rushed me off the phone. So why would I go there if I was told I had no appointment? I left a review saying I better not receive a no show fee in the mail, and guess what? I did, and now I owe $50. Huh? How many people do you scam this way? I’m not paying it. I will not tolerate this. Y’all are shady.

Dr Fitch was very rude and not professional in the way she spoke to me. She came in the room and before introducing herself or saying hi she demanded I put a mask on and said “put your mask on right now.” I said I don’t have one and I wasn’t told to wear one in the waiting room the entire 20 minutes I was there. She proceeded to be rude and tell me it was mandatory by law and have an attitude about it instead of just nicely asking. It was the way she approached the situation which will make me not be returning. She also did not even take the time to speak to my daughter who was being seen she diagnosed her before even sitting down and spent a total of one minute in there. I would also like to add two ladies at the front inside the cubical front desk area were not wearing masks so I recommend she takes a look at her own office and their professionalism before speaking to others on what they should do.

If you can get past the rude phone girl with a lot of insurance info. or wave money at them which I offered, (I didn't have the medical cards) you'll might get a appointment!!>Even if you been there before. I went there once seen Finch, won't return she gave me a wrong diagosis. My husband seen Stephen Rosier he liked him said he took care of all rashes/poison ivy.
You'll probably have better luck looking in Augusta, Evans GA.or Charleston.
