Shannon at the Master of Equity department was professional kind showed us incredible patience. She listened and answered every question and stayed on the phone with us until we were confident about how to continue about our business. Absolutely a great experience especially in an era when so much is done online we were treated by Shannon as if she was helping her own family can't say enough about her knowledge and kindness. Very thankful she helped us.

I am writing this review to compliment Deputy Clerk Shadell (first name) who was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful in answering my questions and directing me to the information I needed.

Everyone I’ve worked with at the probate court been amazing. They were helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The estate probate process is complicated and it should have been difficult, but they made it easy.

Love the service we got for Probate court,,,,Brenda was so sweet got the paperwork we needed 😉☺💖🥰
