Salesperson Rex was very helpful. They let you think about what's your purchasing. And you don't feel pressured which is wonderful. They have so many choices it sometimes hard to make a decision so it does take time to decide.

Tom and Alpena Furniture is an excellent place to buy from.
I bought a recliner for my mother for Christmas and 14 months later for unreason a spring flew out ,, Tom at Alpena Furniture said it was unrepairable they also found other issues and let her pick out another chair. Their store is very pleasant to deal with and shop at. Thank you Tom.
