Great “fast food”
Not gourmet by any stretch but tasty and relatively fast
If you want something to eat that’s not going to break the bank definitely try Culver’s. Wait times 3-5 minutes menu is overpopulated so you lose 4 minutes just trying to navigate the menu.
Clean rest rooms, plenty of parking, Ada accessible, wait times are longer when they’re busy especially with customers who are not regulars and have to figure out what to order.
Your car to car time is on average 12 minutes

My husband ordered a pumpkin concrete mixer. He said it was very good. My fries were over salted. More than McDonald's. My mushroom Swiss burger was good but looked like it was smashed flat. I normally don't have any issues at Culver's.

I live 30mi away and have always drove past here not paying much mind to it during my trips to Alpena for groceries& whatnot (Im from Georgia, originally.)

While out with some friends;
I had it for the first time(a butterburger deluxe, and choc/vanilla mixed cone.)
And the flavor of everything made the busy-ness, and the crowd, and the high volume of customers, meaningless.
I believe always seeing the place packed, kept me from going before.
I should have given it a shot, long ago.
Worth the price, and the wait.

Food is always fresh service is really fast even during lunch hour. If the girls and I from the office, choose this place over the others for their quality. The menu has a variety of things on it and everything is delicious.

A very chill place to eat. The food is amazing. I highly reccomend their frozen custards (less sugar than ice cream!), and the mushroom and Swiss sandwich. But honestly, everything is good here. Also, when walleye is in season, they do carry it. But it goes fast so be aware. This is a rather pricy place to eat, but it is worth it in my opinion. They sell Coke product drinks and the unsweetened iced tea is decent. Better than McDonalds at least.

Very refreshing having kind people help you and I so enjoy being able to get the kids meal for it is just the right amount of food and there is no being wasteful always a joy there and they have great food

Food always good and custard my fave type of ice cream. Service is always good also. Would recommend this restaurant.

The workers here aren't afraid to talk to you unlike most places had a great time with Mike dude was great engaging and friendly 10 out 10 would eat here again

Food was delicious, and we love the frozen custards. A bit noisy, but that is expected of a fast food place. The fish dinner was especially good today. Crunchy outside with a fall apart flakey inside. Delicious. The baby loved the fries.

Ordered at drive thru $11.40 & when i paid was told i got the senior discount $9.75...without asking!

In my opinion one of the best fast food chains around! Staff is always friendly, food is always fresh and delicious, what more could you want?! LOL

Culver’s in Alpena is Definitely Lucky to have such a SPUNKY worker who obviously loves his job as he radiates such a Beautiful smile as he literally runs to cars delivering their food!! He definitely made my Day!!! Happy Mothers Day to his Mom!! She did a fabulous job raising him!! I don’t know him but the world needs more people like him !

Great place for quality fast food! Service is always good and the food is consistent. Easy way to feed the family on the fly.
