The tail/brake/parking light on my trailer was not consistently working. Repair shops in my area referred me to trailer repair shops, but the trailer shops were not going to be able to look at it for about a month. I don't live in the area but was going to be visiting family who suggested I check with Bates. I called a few days in advance of my visit. They were able to fix it the day of my visit and for less than I would have paid for a ticket.

I waited a week to get my vehicle i to the dealer service department. I got it back days later unrepaired. Bates fixed the vehicle in one day at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!

Highly recommend this place. If you need a tow, they service a much wider area than you might expect. If you need your vehicle serviced, they are a great place to go.
