Had burger pretty decent but the fries and sprite at 1am pretty lit found a rat outside and shared my fries he was chill till he stole the rest of the fries and went in the sewer,never found him again!😭

As far as McDonald's are concerned, this is the better one. Usually quite fast and friendly. Today when we went, the hamburger looked like it was from a commercial. My picture doesn't really do it justice as I was in my car and in a rush. But I thought that was kind of cool to point out. Someone there takes their job seriously and we appreciate it.

Great service. We ordered a 40pc nugget with 2 large fries and extra sauce and it took them 4 minutes to make our food. Thank You McDonald's

Had a wonderful experience this morning. Decided to order a coffee on my mobile app to pick up on my way into work. In my opinion the McDonald's app is absolutely terrible. Almost every single time I use it there's some type of problem. Yes.. I continue to use it anyways. Placed my order and paid through the app. Pull up to the first window and the lady told me that it was showing that I needed to pay at the window because my payment did not go through on the app. I was already having a rough day, I was tired I didn't feel good and now I was extremely annoyed because my payment did not go through. The look of disgust on my face I'm sure was terrible. All I could think was... this stupid app and how am I going to get to my purse to pay for this when I'm in the front driver seat and my purse is in the back of the truck. Just then the lady working at the window says no never mind I'm going to pay for it for you. I said no no no that's fine I just need to get to my purse. She then insisted on paying for my coffee and said it was going to be a Christmas present. This kind gesture by a complete stranger made my day. This was a reminder that there are still some amazing, kind hearted people out there in what sometimes seems like a cold word. I just want to again say.. THANK YOU! you truly brightened my day and I will definetly be passing it on.

The food was hot and served quickly.

This McDonald's was clean the food was hot,but I just wish they would make Big Mac's were not so sloopy. When put together. Fries where good and hot

I'm not sure why the bad reviews. My 2 visits have had 100% accuracy and good speed. The restaraunt was clean. Prices are a bit lower than other locations. I'd say the staff is above average at least compared to Lorain and Cuyahoga County locations.

Love the staff at this location all so friendly I seen one of the girls helping a customer order food from one of the new order machine's they put in and she was so nice about it. My food came quickly and was properly put together nothing bad to say about them . They are all doing a great job at this location.

I had 2 orders exactly the same. They came out to the pick up spot to make sure I had not made a mistake. I appreciated that! Ty Mc D's

I was really surprised. They got my whole order CORRECT AND WASN'T IN THE DRIVE THRU VERY LONG.

Well they microwave ed my brakefast Barreto es it stuck 2 the paper to the point where I couldn't get it out of the paper the chezz was so hard and the egg was like full of water like it was frozz then thawed I called & complain ed ( they said it's mcdonald's new policy 2 microwave & I couldn't return it because I didn't get my recipet ) ( the lady at the window did ask wood u like a receipt I said no thinks that will never happen again!!!!!! )

It's McDonald's what more can I say? This location is better than average for getting it right. The crew is always friendly and work hard to make sure that you are happy.

Good most of the time. Very short on help. One person working drive thru and front counter. Making long wait for food. When getting a quick Breckfast before work.

Good They were very helpful getting my order in since I had my great grandchild with me.Was sure about how to place a order on the computer.She just took over.Very pleasent.

The new design looks nice, personally I don't like the order stations because it takes the personal touch away but the staff is very friendly

I go to McDonald's a lot because it's really close to my job and they're always nice and friendly when I go there
