I had the best experience at The Special Event Boutique. Jacki and her staff were so helpful helping me find my dress. They made the experience so much fun and I never felt pressured from them at all. I found my dress during the first visit and then went back to find my bridesmaids dresses. When we went back for my bridesmaid dresses it was very busy but we felt taken care of the whole time you would have never known the store was packed because they made sure you were still a priority. If you want a great experience finding your wedding dress definitely check this place out!

The Special Event Boutique and Bridal is the place to get your wedding dress or any formal dress. The staff are committed to making sure you are comfortable in the material of the dress and listen to every detail or thoughts you have. They also bring out dresses for you to try on that you didn't even think were an option and then fall in love with them!

I felt so welcomed and like a second family they worked with me to find my perfect wedding dress. I never felt pressured to hurry up or that I didn't belong there. They all helped me feel comfortable and happy in each dress I tried on!

They have a nice variety of dresses to look and try on in all sizes. The dresses are kept in great condition. A lot of the dresses can be customized which makes finding THE dress so much easier.

Up to date with the latest tux trends. I rented just vests for my wedding but they have a ton of options to choose from.

The owner, Jackie, is absolutely incredible. She loves to help go that extra mile to make sure your day will be perfect!

Great service. My wedding dress was amazing and had no issues. Alterations were minimal, size was perfect. Definitely would recommend. Customer service was awesome. Always felt like we were the only ones in the store.

Absolutely wonderful! Jackie worked with me for 2 hours or more to find the perfect dress! She took pictures with my phone so I could look them over and show them to people which really helped. She spent a ton of time with me, and also my sister and mom for their dresses. I give this bridal shop the highest rating!!

The team at Special Event Boutique deserves more than 5 stars. The ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND any bride’s expectation of what wedding dress shopping/tux shopping should, would, and could be. Not only did they help me find my dream dress, but when our wedding was rescheduled (aka planned from 7am to 6pm that same day) due to covid—they helped me get my dress altered and my husband a tux in like 4 hours!! They stripped a mannequin, hemmed, sewed, and steamed the tux for my husband to wear for our wedding—THAT DAY. They were so gracious, kind, helpful, warm, and understanding. They made me feel like the most beautiful bride and my husband feel like the most handsome groom. We cannot thank them enough for how much they helped make our wedding day dreams come true. We would 10/10 recommend Special Event. You will find the team treats you more like family than a special event client.

Great experience!! I tried on close to 100 dresses at a variety of stores. Jackie was one of the most knowledgeable and flexible to work with. I got my bridal gown here and my bridesmaids also got their dresses through Special Events. I would definitely recommend. They have a ton of dresses and accessories to choose from.

I tried a couple other shops before visiting The Special Event, but this boutique was special. Denise provided exceptional customer service and was patient and so attentive to my needs and tastes. She helped me find the perfect dress, and when I got married recently, I received so many compliments on the one-of-a-kind dress.
