Best Buy

When entering the store I was asked to check in if I needed assistance from an employee so that they can help people in order of who came first due to not having an abundance of staff.

After a brief wait,I was helped by an employee named Edgar who was very friendly and determined to make sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. Edgar helped my load my purchase into my car and I thanked him for his assistance. Store was clean and organized. Very pleasant and quick visit to Best Buy.

My biggest advice to anyone looking to stop in is to be patient and let someone know that you need assistance and they will get to you in order.

Best buy what can I say I mean they got everything electronic and usually carry the newest stuff the only thing I was concerned about was the limited xbox game section but that may be due to everyone buying digital now

I’m with T mobile and cracked my iPhone screen while traveling so I scheduled a appointment at this Best Buy location to get me phone fixed and I was assisted by this excellent employee Josh, had to fill out some paperwork and do a diagnosis like the policy requires and it was a 4 hour wait approximately, they definitely handle it real good and the customer service was great, they ended up replacing my phone screen in 2 hours.

Folks are friendly here. Quick service at the pick-up line. Didn't end up shopping in store this time.

My daughter’s car starter was having issues so we made an appointment. Mike was not only super helpful but very knowledgeable. He fixed our issue and also addressed a sensor issue that we had with her car alarm. He went over and above and we appreciate his time he spent on her car. Thank you for great customer service! This tech deserves a raise! The second encounter with Mike in two years and they have both been great experiences! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. A very kind employee helped me and even though they didn’t have what I needed he tried to locate the item at several different area stores.

When we asked about an item, the man was very helpful. It was out of stock

Everyone knows Best Buy. The shopping experience is predictable. What makes this location great is the people. Last time I was there for a phone there were some complications and they absolutely bent over backwards to solve my problems and they did it with a smile. A+ experience at Augusta, Maine.

Typically they have the things I need when go to the store, if not I can get it ordered in no time.

Great selection of products, friendly staff, Black Friday lines were long, but incredibly fast, I was at the back of the line and there were about a hundred people in front of me and I got to the register in a little under 10 minutes, twice!

The moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The wonderful woman who asked me if I needed help. Said I'll get someone over to TV'S to help you.
I wasn't alone for 5 seconds when a nice gentleman came over help me find the TV that I wanted and help bring it over to the service desk for checkout. Well the nice gentleman at service check out said bring your car up to the front and we'll put it in that Beetle convertible of yours.
Well he helped me get it in with a smile as well as all the employees of the store I give the store more than five plus Stars thank you all!

Very helpful employees with picking out a computer. Had this $2700 one for $1800. Went with the Dell instead couldnt afford that much at the time.

I don’t typically leave too many reviews, but I have to say I was very impressed with my experience here. I had scheduled a late appointment to fix my iPhone screen and they called to let me know they might not be able to get to it in time. I ended up dropping my phone off early and they had it finished in no time and well before my appointment time.
