I ship a lot of packages. It's very convenient being able to drop off both my USPS and UPS packages. Service is quick and I always get a receipt for tracking which usually has coupons attached. Staff is friendly!

I had a great recent experience at this Staples location. Issac provided excellent customer service! I was having an issue with my printer and some new ink I had just purchased, but he was very helpful in helping me select the proper product and creating a seamless and positive shopping experience. This store is lucky to have Issac!

I was very impressed by the customer service at the Staples located in Augusta, ME. Elsie, the print and copy repusentative was more than enthusiastic when it came to helping with my business card format. I could not have been happier with the customer service and price of said business cards. Management at this location was sincerely enthusiastic and supportive of his team. If you are looking for a great customer service experience, Staples in Augusta Maine is the place to go.

Chet from the print shop was incredibly helpful with a project for my business. He came up with an inexpensive option that would serve my need best and gave me multiple backups to ensure satisfaction!! Above and beyond service in a day that you don’t always see above and beyond!

Had an appointment at Best Buy geek Squad at 7pm on Thursday to fix an iPhone cracked screen. Went to drop off phone because we were vacationing and the Best Buy said I had to show up at 7pm to do a bunch of paperwork, could not drop off and the guy said it was apples fault. Really!

Any case I said fine and that I would go next door to Staples. Well what a great group of sales persons and the store manager Pam, great customer service. Outstanding! She not only accommodated me and fixed my phone but did a fantastic job. Also they had a 15% promotion. Pam and Matt, if we’re in the Navy, would get a Bravo Zulu for a job well done.

Will never trust Best Buy and never use the geek squad. I have been working on computers for more than those guys have been alive and they talk down to you like you don’t know what your talking about. No wonder they are facing bankruptcy. Best Buy you could learn something from the Staples staff. They have my business whenever I need a phone repair.

This is an amazing office store. It is the only one in the area, since the Auburn Office Max closed. They seem to always be in stock of most items. The service is wonderful and the employees are amazing. Their rewards program has saved me hundreds. I always price match with their 110% guarantee.

Great service at Augusta, Me. Staples. Nate Alexander in the copy & print section was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with customers, even though he was extremely busy. I will certainly go there again. Such a different experience than Brunswick Me. Store. I went there 3 times for the same job. Was told each time something was not working .( email was down, color printer was down) and just overall "I don't care attitude " from the staff that I spoke with. Wow, it was amazing. They need to take social skill lessons from Nate !

The print shop is amazing. The guy at the desk I seem to get him every time Dargon I think. That guy is a legend very knowledgeable. Thanks for making my Amazon returns and family gifts shipments a breeze.

They have office supplies, computer products, calenders, paper products. They also have photocopy services available. You can bring in old bills and papers to be shredded. This store also has UPS services

We were blown away with the exceptional customer service we received on sat 3/10/18!!!! I had an appt with Best Buy geek squad to replace my iPhone 6 battery. When got there, I found out I had to leave my phone for 2 days. I was not comfortable leaving my phone for 2 days but it needed to be fixed. After we dropped it off with Best Buy my husband suggested we check with staples to see if they do it as well. My husband needed a new battery in his phone too although with his job he could not leave it for 2 days. We walked in to staples and immediately were greeted by Sarah. She was so helpful and kind and we were told it would be 1 hour for both phone batteries to be replaced. Needless to say I ran next door got my phone and money back from Best Buy and gave staples the business for both of our replacement batteries. I/we have never been happier. The knowledge Sarah shared with us on laptops, phones and everything technical was so helpful. She was so kind as well. I really can’t say one bad thing about the store. I’m only frustrated that I didn’t go to staples first! Thank you to everyone in that store but especially to Sarah!!! Adam to for entertaining my husband on the ‘left handed pen’ conversation. The phones are perfect and we will use the Augusta, Maine staples for any tech issues and for supplies. Thank you thank you!!! I hope this store is able to receive kudos from corporate on their customer service! They truly deserve it!

Folks at the Augusta store have always been helpful to me, whether I'm doing a print job, shipping an item, buying printer ink or replacing an iPhone screen. They come across as patient, efficient and customer-centered.

Christopher helped us out & we left feeling like we would be back! Definitely 10 out of 10. Pay him more. Seriously, you should clone the guy.

Technology is always a challenge for me, and, apparently for the internet inside the store, but my email was received, printed for less than a dollar.

Was able to get color copies black and white copies and emailed all at one staple

Staff was very helpful, great price on the products I purchased.
