After our fire I made one call and Servpro came in and did a terrific job. They handled us with compassion and kindness while getting the job done. Our family is so thankful for all of the work that was done with excellence.

I don't often take time to write reviews but I am completely blown away by the professionalism, response time, and attention to detail of this entire organization. This company knows their business and guided me though every step of the process after our Hot Water Heater flooded our entire basement and media room. Kyle was the main point of contact for us and talk about exceeding expectations...this guy is AWESOME!! Having a Flooded Basement is not something to be happy about (and of course I'm not) but Servpro of Marshall County made an incredibly bad personal situation as good as it could possibly be. I hope to never need their services again, but I can 100% assure you that if I do I will immediately contact Servpro of Marshall County before I contact anyone else, including my insurance company!!!! I programmed their #/email into my contacts so I would have it readily available. Great Job ServPro...wish more companies did business the way you do!!!!!

Servpro did an outstanding job taking care of my family after my father in law was hit by a tornado in the spring. The crews were excellent and very accommodating in such a short notice . Even though the damage was in Etowah county, Casey Griep from the Albertville office followed up with me and made sure if my family needed any help or assistance that they would be there for us. I have to give this company a 5 star rating.

They were amazing and so helpful in our time of need. Chris came out and him and his boss took exceptional care of us during a very hard time. He was so polite and friendly. I highly reccomend them.

Finding a slow water leak AFTER it has already soaked through an upstairs floor and into the bedroom below will ruin your day in a hurry.
I called SERVEPRO OF MARSHALL COUNTY and they came out immediately and began the drying/clean up process. They actually had machines that could dry in between the floors!! AMAZING!!The whole staff was efficient, professional, friendly and fast. The owner even came by to check on the job and routinely called us to make sure we were happy with the work his staff was doing.
After the drying process, they also took care of the reconstruction and repairs to sheet rock, doors and trim that was ruined. These guys came in and worked non stop for 2 days without leaving a spec of dust in their trail.
I certainly don’t want another water leak in my house but I won’t panic like I did this time.

The team that helped me came from Alabama. I live in Ohio. They were all so friendly & professional. No one ever wants water in their home, but the team that helped consisted of Casey Griep, Kyle Hamby, LeJaune Thornton, and Sam Walden. They all were extremely professional, and friendly. They made this process as easy for me as possible with their experience and timely work. I appreciate everything they did for my home!!! Thanks again!!!
