Visited drive thru at breakfast & order was correct, food was hot, fresh & delicious (steak biscuits), line moved quickly. Employee was kind & appeared clean.

The employees were so nice! Food was hot & good. Service was quick. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant was very clean inside and out. Drive thru was busy so we went inside where it was empty. Did not seemed to be too short staffed. Associate seemed very nonchalant and just took my order without a greeting or a thank you.
Regular Hamburger ($1.69) was hot and juicy. Good value for the price.
The Crispy Chicken Salad was wonderful! Shredded lettuce with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and loads of crispy chicken.
I would recommend this restaurant if you like Jacks food.

It's jack's, they got good burgers, they're chicken sandwiches are good! Buy lets be real you only go there for the breakfast. The sausage and gravy biscuits is where it's at. If you're a Southern person, it feels like home every time you eat one, Even though you know, it's terrible for you but dont care, And you're probably gonna die from high cholesterol. But who cares? It's a sausage and gravy biscuit! The food of the southern gods!

I love Jack’s. I miss it when I’m not in Alabama. Their fried chicken is really good

Good food, appreciated that they have Semi truck parking. Fast service, clean place, Been there twice, always the same.

Josh has a magic touch with the guest who visit. He gave me the feeling that I helping me was his only job while being fast and accurate with my order and at the same time working very well with his coworkers. Josh is outstanding employee. Take good care of him.

I got my food to go. Staff friendly food was hot even when I got it home just surprised to find sausage in my grits.

Great place to take the family with Great Prices and Staff.

There's a lady here named Bri . She is the best worker there. These people here make this place very nice to visit. They love their customers. And a hostess is nicest lady around. Will always go back.

Very clean! Service was great!
Except my hash browns were not ready. So I took the fries except they had to much salt. So I asked if I can have some fries with no salt. But she came back with the hash browns ,she said they were ready. Okay thanks,
But I really wanted the fries with
no salt.
But they tried hard. That was Great service!! So I ate a few of the hash browns.
Thank you anyway.

Love me some Jack's. Jack's comeback sauce is amazing. Their fries are awesome. They are generally fast in the drive thru as well.

Fried chicken was so good had the mac and cheese and Cole slaw as well. Very comfortable place for the family. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I'll never order online again! Waited so long I went to drive thru.. food was cold!! Ordered large Hashbrowns got regular size. Guy in window not friendly!

They missed a couple waters and a milkshake on the order but gladly replaced the milkshake with a size larger than ordered. We didn't bother to get the water but I'm sure they gladly would have gave it to us. For fast food the quality was awesome.

5 star food and service at THIS location.

Nothing beats Jack's breakfast menu! Big Breakfast Sandwiches are GREAT! Super friendly people, had a short, but great conversation with the lady at the counter, lots of fun....

Everything on the menu is great!! Best manager (Starr) in history of Jacks!! She will always have a smile on her face when you enter the building and make you smile as well. Also best employees. Customer Service is awesome!!!
