AT&T Store

As soon as I arrived to the store, I was greeted by Maria and Vanessa, they offered me water and they both assisted me with porting over my two lines. I left with my two phones and protection for them as well. Although I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at the AT&T on rutland, the employees eat lunch at the table while they work with you and it’s a complete unprofessional experience.

When I tell you that this store is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect it is the best store within any region. I’ve been in in the state of South Carolina or Georgia. I’ve driven 45 minutes to this store simply because none of the stores in my area honestly have common sense . These women are literally the epitome of class personified. These literally should be called the AT&T angels like Charlie’s Angels, because these are some divas that know their damn job please AT&T reach out to them and make sure they get some type of compensation because they deserve it. I has phone issues that I have been trying to get resolved and Noah was by far the biggest help and so very kind. If you want someone that gets the job done go see Noah. Thank so much you are awesome.

Noah was most helpful in setting up my new phone. He did a few extra steps to make sure the transition from my old device was complete. A courteous, friendly atmosphere.

Alexis was very helpful in helping me update my watch. She answered questions about AT&T internet services. She was also knowledgeable on JBL Bluetooth earbuds enough so that I purchased a pair.

We came in a busy Saturday to drop off our trade-ins. Noah was multi-tasking like a pro and helped us with our trade-in. I added a device and he got that taken care of and was super awesome and chill it made the whole process a breeze.

Update as of may 14, 2023, I want to thank Andre and Ms. Jessica for the professionalism they showed me during an negative experience, when i was frustrated. They did a phenomenal job with helping me get through this miscommunication. Their customer service was beyond what I expected. I normally get individuals who truly don't care for customers but they both deserve the best for what they did for me and do for other's. Truly grateful for these two individuals.
