Love sally's they always have what I need and great customer service every visit the employees are always sweet respectful and willingness to offer their help which I very much appreciate. Today I found my three new colors to transform my hair to a Phoenix/ Sunset color theme and I am so excited and anxious to see my end results. Perfect for summer full of color which is why sally's is my favorite place to get hair dye because of the options and Wonderful selections for wild neon colors.

They have great sales and the latest hair care products for natural hair and other. I use the Shae Moisture line and they have it all. I recently returned a hair dryer (with my original receipt) that I'd tried out for six weeks. When I found it wasn't to my liking, they took it back, no questions asked. Very friendly and helpful staff. GREAT SALES!

So, I had a hairtastrophy with some hair color that I bought at a different store (dummy me and box dye), so I went into Sally's in Aiken to find a fix. Despite my toddler boys being complete buttheads 😡😤😱 and trying to mess up inventory for these lovely ladies, Ms. Whitney was still so kind, patient and extremely helpful with finding the perfect fix for me. She even called her manager (off duty) to be certain of the right products for me. Both her and her manager are amazing!!! They deserve a raise or something because customer service like that is so very rare these days. I am truly grateful and I definitely will be going back (without children next time)😂 . I highly recommend Sally beauty supply in Aiken!!!!

In the middle of my mid-life crisis, I decided to dye my hair with bold colors. The WONDERFUL manager walked me thru everything I would need to do and had an EXTENSIVE knowledge of product. I d I don't buy enough of 1 product and there wouldn't be any in for awhile so she went out of her way to track some down at other stores. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at this Sallys.

I went there in a panic and a worker named Maria was literally the best!!! She help me get exactly what I needed and explain allot of the hair bleaching process to me. Great service

Good deals if you use coupons and have a membership card. You can get coupons online all the time or sign up and they will email them to you.

Got in got what I needed and got out. I will say it looks like they are moving things around in there. Next time it may not be as easy to get in and out.
