Lowe's Home Improvement

If you are buying major appliances, I strongly suggest going through Lowe’s. As it turns out, they are one of the few companies that does not outsource delivery. This may sound trivial, but it’s a big deal. The Lowe’s customer service, sales, and delivery teams are excellent.

After weeks of frustration with Best Buy, I turned to Lowe’s after a friend mentioned that they do their own delivery. We had a hiccup with the first washer/dryer dented upon arrival. I wasn’t thrilled, but understand that these things happen. The driver was apologetic and immediately tried to make things right.

The second attempt at delivery was two days later and I give the delivery guys a lot of credit. It was a difficult maneuver and there were issues that I won’t get into, but these guys were great. Super patient, willing to get creative, and honest.

I had to call customer service due to the damage and to reschedule haul-off of old equipment. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and actually helpful. Good people.

Lowe’s now has a new customer for life. Thank you all!

I had a great experience at the Arvada Lowe's last week! Thank you to Brian in flooring and also Regina & Connor at customer service. They all helped me with getting tiles that I needed ASAP because my contractor was on his way to start the project. The tiles were on sale and they look amazing. Lastly, Connor even assisted in getting everything in to my car. Big thanks to all of them!

Came into the Arvada Lowe’s thinking it would be a quick pick up. I had gone online and knew where to get my electric box cover. However, it wasn’t there. Fortunately, Bones offered to help me. After a short search he was able to find it. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. What a gift for all the customers he comes in contact with. If you need something, look for Bones, he is the best!

I was actually surprised by how much I liked shopping here. Had kind of a department store feel to it. And a different selection than home depot. Home depot feels crowded, and crammed. This Lowes store felt open. Hard to put in words, but I recommended shopping here.

I guess everyone goes fridge shopping on a Tuesday. While the store was busy, Blain was super calm and patient. He was caught up with a few clients and made sure to call for help. Charles was called to assist me, and boy is he a gem!

Big shout out to Adam, the head cashier.
He went above and beyond to provide outstanding service to me. Helped load a vanity into my car with a big smile and was so gracious. My previous experiences with big box retail stores have been nothing like this, usually they moan and groan when asked for help, so I felt it was important to give him the recognition he deserves. LOWES — get more people like Adam. I’m already a customer with a large account, but service like this will keep me coming to this store.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Jeremy in cabinets has gone above and beyond to help me design a new kitchen after a house fire. In addition to Jeremy, all of the management staff that I have worked with, have been very understanding and given me help that is rare to find these days. Thank you.

Ron at the pro desk saved me $700 just pricing the product and got me delivered right away. Beyond expectations. Well deserved review.

Frozen water pipes no more I went four days without water in this deep freeze we've had in Colorado this year and the day after I got my water working again the meter Frozen cracked luckily the meter was not my responsibility to fix but everything else on my list was..

I got everything to keep my pipes from freezing again thank God. And the cost came in just under $50..
I live on a fixed income & have to watch every penny I spend so Lowe's is the place I spend my pennies on home repair and improvements..
Lowes prices are not just better than home Depot the selection is greater and the customer service is way more Superior..
I shop Lowe's if you like saving money so should you as well check it out what do you have to lose

Had a wonderful experience is the outdoor living/ garden and plants area yesterday.
I kinda wanted to get out of my neck of the woods so I decided to go to Arvada and I’m sure glad I did.
I couldn’t help but become excited as Lowe’s has their $2.98 plants and flowers for 99 cents . The selection at this location is on point and not all picked over. There was also an employee named Patty who made my day. She is super friendly and made me feel very welcomed and like I almost had a long time friend. We complimented one another with conversation.. and I felt it was a win/ win.. I couldn’t be more happy with the flowers .. and my day was made brighter meeting such a wonderful person .. thank you Patty..

While trying to repair a broken fantasy football trophy, Phil was quick to help us find all the parts necessary. The store is clean, easy to navigate and the staff are super friendly! Thank you for your help!!

The day I visited Lowe's, it was to return an item for a refund. The entire process was efficient, quick, and easy. Of course, I had the receipt ready to complete the process. Overall it was a good experience. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I visited this Lowe’s to purchase some soundproof drywall. NOT ONLY did Steven spend A LOT of his time, attention, and extensive knowledge with me, but he and Mikey went WAY above and BEYOND to help me load it up and secure it in the truck! THANK YOU and BRAVO! Top notch service all around.

Good home hardware shopping, tough to get knowledgeable assistance. They need 'real' salesman on the floor, with pricing manger support. Giving free advice is senseless, get the sale ... close the deal !! Help customers make informed decisions !!

Went in today looking for some particular items. Thanks to Frida who helped me find exactly what we were looking for. Not only did she help and direct us to the items, she gave us a coupon for $10 off over $75. We clearly were spending over $75 so it helped that she thought to give that to us. Thanks for being so kind!!! Plus, on. Saturday afternoon and the store was not nearly as full as it could have been. Win for us all around!
