I’ve been a customer for 15 years now. All through out that time this place has always maintained a friendly staff, great selection of products, and very organized facility. This is my go to place whenever I need anything for a project. In fact I’ll be in today! Highly recommend for anyone needing a good selection of all materials.

Great Home Depot location in a little shopping center. Organized, friendly and helpful staff, and easy to find what you need. Self Checkout is also easy to use too, so is the cashier checkout. Also great service. So, All in all, great Home Depot location. Would recommend this location and will be back.

One of my favorite places to shop for hardware, paint, tool accessories and not to mention the AMAZING HOT DOG KIOSK! I love this Home Depot specifically because of how helpful the employees are. Sometimes it’s difficult to navigate the maze. The assistance you receive at Home Depot is unmatched!

I spent $1,900 on a new LG washer & dryer, accessories, and installation by HD. Afterwards, I got an email asking for feedback on my delivery/install experience which I filled out and stated that the team was quick, courteous and friendly (I tipped them) but when I inspected the install there were a number of problems - which I listed in detail - and that I had to spend about 1.5 hours fixing. The very next day I get a voicemail from Brian at HD saying that he read my comments and was going to refund about $60 of my accessories for my trouble. He also said that it sounded like I had addressed the problems (which I had), but if not and I needed help I should reach out to him. A 2 or 3 star experience turned into a 5 star review, just due to the fact that I was heard, regardless of the value of the refund vs. my time.

Very strong Home Depot with a lot of experienced pros on staff and on the floor. Excellent store manager and heavy foot traffic. The bays are clean and the products in stock.

I like this place. I can usually actually find help at this location. The garden center is my favorite for house plants. Other Home Depots do not carry as wide a selection as this Arvada location. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Shaylen in the appliances department at Home Depot. She is so kind and so helpful. I had a huge debacle with my refrigerator, and she went out of her way to help me. Thank you!

You both really help this company stay true to its excellent customer service core values especially myself-now a consumer but also being a former employee back in the ATL.
This I had an older Ryobi pressure washer that I frequently used for my new business and I realized after some time It demanded something a bit more commercial. Returning months later, I explained my situation and t it had been sometime so the product no longer stocked in-store. Terri swooped into action with an awesome smile and valiant effort went above and beyond exploring our options of a return and upgrade.
Soon enough unfortunately the product(pressure washer) could not be found so instead management agreed to give me $50 off a brand new one!!! Whaaaat!! Awesome,money was low and this was such a blessing for what the business needed.
Thanks to the Home Depot crew I soon had a much better and newer pressure washer.Because of this added addition to Peppermint Locusts Auto Detail just took us to the next level. what a relief and
upon check-out I was greeted by Dina,just a great personality to complete one of the many HD experiences.

Updating review to 5 stars. I was having an issue with an appliance being delivered and damaged. Challenges ordering (same model out of stock) and expediting new installation at rental property. The new store manager at Wadsworth CO location went above abd beyond to sold issue. EXTRAORDINARY service. Please call me so I can get him recognized. We complain so much faster than recognizing terrific service. Thank you! I wish I remembered your name. Pic of installed replacement stove.

I love home Depot it's my toy store

Being a contractor, I always appreciate when I visit a home depot that is clean, well stocked, and has knowledgeable staff working the floor.

Manager Michael and Door Dept. Tracey were so responsive, organized and helpful.
They went above and beyond to help me when Stapleton store continue to mess my order up.

In the past several months since we’ve been renovating our home we’ve had a lot of issues with Home Depot online orders. Today we brought in an item that was shipped to us that was not on our order, and were missing several items that were on our order. We were in customer service trying to sort out this issue when the manager on duty walked through the doors. The woman who was helping us called him over and even though he hadn’t clocked in yet, he walked her though how to remedy the situation, and stayed close while she called Home Depot Online. They were not able to fix the issues, so he took care of it in store. He was friendly, personable and really professional. This is by far the best experience we’ve had with customer service at Home Depot and we appreciate him making sure we were taken care of. Thanks and Happy New Year!

Stopped in to pick up a ceiling plate for hanging a chandelier. Thought I looked where I thought it would be. When I asked an employee for help he sent me to ‘Sid’ in the electrical department. As I was trying to describe what I was looking for he smiled and said ‘Aisle 2 bin 9 right hand side’ and pointed me in the right direction. Well, boy was he right! And it was right where it belonged. However, I was looking for chrome or white and they did not have it. As my husband and I headed out Sid came by and asked if we found it. We shared no white or chrome was to be had. He reached in his cart and handed me a chrome one and laughed and said he was just restocking and when he saw it he wanted to make sure I had found it. He was terrific! Thanks Sid for being so following up and solving our problem.

I came to home Depot really distraught about a situation. I wanted to write this review to give some shouts to the assistant manager Taylor. Taylor was the man and helped navigate the system so I didn't get stuck in a "there's nothing we can do" situation. Taylor's the man. Also props to Craig for his input on helping a solution come about. These guys are awesome and make sure to give them high fives whenever you see them in the store.
