Starbucks

Very quick visit, ordered and served in 3 minutes. Drink was hand crafted and made to my preference. Located bottom 1st level of Aiea shopping, corner unit. Times Supermarket is direct across Starbucks, along with a few eateries and business on this level. 2nd level McDonald's, Koa Pancake House and several smaller business. 3rd level Aiea Bowling Alley,, along with the popular " The Alley" ... great chef prepared food and dessert. All levels have a fair amount of parking, with quick turn around time if stalls are occupied. Aiea Medical Center is across the street, hourly pat parking.

Ice Chai, everything everything bagel and cream cheese and nice music. And it happened to just have a Service Animal. big dog Just chilling out by himself On the Flora kind of old but nice., which means the atmosphere way way better.

Always love the coffee smell of Starbucks.

They are always so friendly and welcoming at this location. I don't go very frequently, maybe a few times a month, but I feel like a regular when I stop in. They seem to get along well and have a good rapport within their team. Love this!
I like their layout and flow and the store is usually pretty tidy. They aren't always super fast; but when they are busy they are efficient and do better than other locations on island.

I have been to this location because they make my drink to perfection. But there is one Shift Supervisor who I spoke to two weeks ago by the name of Mason. I witness him helping an elderly with her drink, she suffered from Parkinson disease and he gladly with the most imaginable attitude and without hesitation help her. Mason did not only make the moment right, he went back to the store to fix something in her drink. I applaud Mason, there are not many people who go the extra mile. I spoke to Mason, and he shared that he had just become a shift. Furthermore, I went in today, and he had the best attitude, greeting people. Good Job, Aiea Starbucks, on selecting wonderful individuals to guide others to provide the best customer experience.

Love the coffee ,staff is nice and they have a restroom.Good place to go to talk with someone. Please try the pumpkin flavor in the coffee it's super they'll run out of it soon so get it while you can. Nice layout of the seating and you can wait for your friend and smell the coffee.

Good service. It has a surprising amount of seating considering the size of the place. Bathroom requires a code to enter, which sucks. But the temp is good, and the barristas are friendly. Recently, two people came in and sat at a table (valuable real estate, y'all) with food from another spot. An employee came over and wasn't nasty--very sincerely asked if they'd like something to drink (obvious hint being they were rude AF). They were, I know we're all surprised, rude AF in their response, but she wished them a nice day and left them alone. Mad class.

Honestly the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They greet you when you come in they learn your name very quickly and if you have the same order just about every day that you go in there, they know it before you even tell them. The staff is great, quickly geting orders out to everybody even on the busiest days. Love this Starbucks!!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins!!!! If you are a pumpkin lover and enjoy cream cheese, this is by far the best ever! Get it warmed! It's so moist and just brings to mind that the holidays are indeed around the corner. This is 3rd time to stop at a Starbucks for these hard to come by muffins( one time I went to 3 different stores in search for them)!! Thank goodness I finally struck gold or should I say pumpkin lol. I'm so happy they have this holiday treat at Starbucks!

Fantastic staff, small store but has a few covered outdoor tables. Coffee is always 🔥 here. Love this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My usual is the Banana Chocolate Vivanno 3 PM. And while this is not the store I frequent, the baristas here have made it perfectly every time, no matter the time of day. Great service and friendly atmosphere is always a nice touch.

I should go there more often. I love their iced coffees but have limited myself to their iced cafe americano for that early morning kick in the pants. No cream and sugar and 0 Weight Watchers points!

I normally go to another Starbucks but this one is closer to my job and I decided to give it a try and they made my soy chai tea the best thanks

The employees are really nice and friendly!! I am an avid traveler and this particular Starbucks is the best I've ever been in all the 50 states!! Came here almost everyday while on the island!!

Small Starbucks, but cozy. Under some lite construction, but still clean. Staff was very friendly, wifi is provided by Google.
