Starbucks

I like Starbucks. And this one has employees that will happily serve you whatever thing you want to drink. Starbucks prices to me are ridiculous, but at least I get the consistency that I want from the products. I'm unable to get to this store as often as I used to. But when I do come here, I still get the same courteous service. Parking is easy in the big parking lot, snacks are fresh, and the Wi-Fi works great.

It's starbucks. What else is there to say? Whether you're looking for something hot or cold, coffee or tea, this is the best place to go for quality. I also recommend downloading their app to earn rewards for free coffee or for some free merchandise. 10/10

I used mobile, just mins before walking in because I had a time limitation (1hr. Break from my motherhood duties) so i gotta enjoy this SB moment, at best. The SB staff were quick! Wow, they were not only kind but had my drinks ready! I love it.. ❤ who doesn't love Starbucks! They have seasonal drinks!! Like pumpkin spice latte and peppermint mocha to spin me into the holiday spirit! 😋

Maybe things have improved since most of the reviews on here. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the bathrooms are clean. They do have a key code to use them now though

They always get my order right even when it’s busy. Counter is always friendly too, my go to starbucks

It's a great Starbucks. They work super hard and their coffee is what you'd expect. Sure, it's over sugared and they try to prevent unionization, but the app is so easy to order through.

The guy working today is new & the speed with which he has picked up the routines is amazing. You would think he's been working here for months instead of about three weeks. Kudos too to the staff & mgr. that trained him! 5 Stars!

This location has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were super busy but still managed to take great care of everyone. Our drink was leaking and without us asking they offered to remake the drink for us.

So someone in front of me in line was trying to get an employee discount by fraudulently using an employee number of someone else. After the store manager figured it out, she had the cashier politely ask for ID and the person just said don't worry about it. The manager and everyone else said no problem and rung them up like normal. The manager didn't make a big deal, nor the cashier. They just politely kept the line and drinks going. I was impressed they kept there cool and didn't make it awkward for everyone in line, it was all under the radar. Way to go manager! Nice store.

My go to location - always gets it right, always tastes great, and everyone is always very nice and respectful. Love it.

Angelica was the best employee ever that I have ever met out of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to.She made sure I had exactly what I needed and went above and beyond my expectations.

Drinks made well and place is always clean. Also made my furbaby a "pupicino" which she loves and always makes out car ride fun for her. Sarah was great both on phone when I called with a question and in person when I picked up my order! Pickle says thank you Sarah!

Ordered something to go, great customer service.

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, windows that let a lot of light in.

Store is located on the corner of two main roads so it seems like it gets really busy here.

Very friendly staff the two young lady’s gave me the best cinnamon/horchata fraps the one with the oatmeal was really good thank and the one with the coffee was really good 👍!!

If you been to one starbucks you been to all of them. This location is right on my way out the tunnel so it's my favorite. So go there because of that and coffee.

One of the busiest SBux I've ever been to. Staff is friendly, high energy, do what they can to acknowledge regulars, remembering first names when possible.

They do what they can to get through the volume, with 6-8 people behind the counter at all times during peaks.

Lots of Veterans and active service member spouses work there too since the USCG port is here in town. I always tip when I remember to / have cash. Military basic income is most assuredly no frills.

The SBux I visited at Disneyland was busier.... But not by much. 5/5

I had an appointment in Alameda at 10am. So I drove to Alameda early enough to start working on my laptop by 7am. I got there at 645. Ordered my drink and sat down to get started on work. When I went to the bathroom there was not any toilet paper. Not sure checking the bathroom at beginning of shift is priority. However once I requested some toilet paper they brought it right over. I was able to quietly work inside. I also didnt realize how popular my name was. As I heard several womans orders called out named Sarah or Sara. Small world.

Pretty active coffee place close to everything and pretty Cozy but always busy
