I received the best customer service. They explained everything in a understandable and helpful way. Very attentive in what we needed and wanted.

The manager of this AT&T authorized retailer store, Alex, is incredible. I had a complex billing issue related to my switching my cell phone account from personal to corporate and back to personal (all with AT&T) only to leave and take my number to Verizon. Even though I no longer am an AT&T customer, he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, which included making a couple calls to corporate, and I left having my issue fully and fairly resolved. He made the choice to help me when he didn't have to, since this isn't a corporate store, and I can't speak highly enough of Alex's professionalism and kind heart. This experience has me second guessing my decision to switch to Verizon!

I went into the AT&T store to get an apple watch and my mom needed assistance with her Galaxy watch. When I walked in, we were greeted and someone came over to help us shortly after. It was 2 people working but they managed to check on everyone in the store. The person that helped me, Hooka, was great! Answered all my questions, told me about the promotions I qualified for and helped my mom as well. Thank you for the excellent customer service and making this a pleasant experience, Hooka!

Made a couple visits to this location in the midst of my phone and watch issues. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got the help I needed as well as taking the time to help me understand what was going on. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the AT&T cashier Murtadha T he was the best Very kind courteous and very understanding. I had a medical emergency my daughter had cut off my phone line so I was really was really alone but when I walked in there that day to ask for help he was quite he was quite prompt and efficient he made me feel good asking for help. I wish more customer services people were like him thank you again you again you saved me

Nick was exceptional in helping me to quickly resolve my phone problems and offered other solutions as well. Will definitely go back as the wait time was short and the service was very good.

Mustapha was great, and helped me deleted many files and other things I could not delete. He is a great employee and I hope he will be around many years to come. He made my day.

There was a lot of customers in the store. We waited patiently for approx. 10 min. for service. I enjoy going to the store on 9th because it's always welcoming and the service is outstanding!!

Amazing staff! Everyone was super helpful, I usually don't post reviews even when I had a positive experience, however in this case, I just had to. quick, seamless experience. I have found my go-to store for all things cellular. Great job
