Panera Bread

Location is great off the main road. There is a drive thru that is convenient for days you don’t need to get out of your car and are on the run. The staff was friendly and attentive to our order. We had 2 orders that needed to go to different households so needed them bagged separately but paid under one bill. They paid attention and followed through. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Would definitely visit again.

Couldn't really ask for better. Bread is great. The Autumn Squash Soup with bread is the bomb. Mac and cheese is creamy, smoothies are good. I recently tried their pizza and was very impressed. Tuna salad sandwich is always a gamble but theirs was surprisingly good.

I had a delicious cream of tomato soup and a Greek side salad. I eat out every workday for lunch and this was probably my favorite meal.

We participated in the Bakers in Training Program with our GS Troop. What a fun & Educational field trip! Thank you so much Hannah!

Joy was super nice and made my oatmeal perfectly adding some almond milk on the side.

Wow, there are SO MANY Panera Bread restaurants in the vicinity of my home! And truly, some of them are just better than others. This is a statistical fact where we can see the data right here on Google Reviews.
So hubby and I had a looonngg day and we checked Google Reviews for the Panera Bread restaurants near our location which, at that moment, was the Atlantic Beach area.

We made an excellent choice, and here’s why:

-a minor mistake by the cashier resulted in hubby getting the wrong kind of soup. Kitchen staff corrected this in less than 5 minutes.
-a glitch that I was hardly aware of, but that the kitchen staff stated they wanted to make right, resulted in us given a huge bakery box with several pastries (that we chose) inside.
—We signed up, finally, for the Panera discount card! And the first reward is-guess-Yep, a PASTRY! I wanted a chocolate croissant , but hubby wanted a muffin. The manager generously gave us both what we wanted! (I am thinking that our behavior was at the level of toddler tantrums and the man realized his quickest solution!).
—The restaurant was very clean—except for the restrooms (These can get out of control really fast). They weren’t horrible, but they required attention.
—The food was terrific
—The service (always my personal make-or-break aspect of all service facilities) was awe-inspiring! See, I will drive miles/kilometers out of my way to patronize this specific Panera Bread, because they treated me so professionally and with such kindness. Thank you, CJ, and ty, night manager for this particular restaurant!

The next time I’m shopping at the Town Center and craving amazingly fresh awesomeness at Panera Bread, you can bet I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to this one! Most strongly recommended!!

I came through the drive thru today the drive thru was not working but they did answer the speaker i told her I couldnt come in. I was in my pajamas and my family was sick but it wasnt covid. She took my order through the inside and got me my food right away. Arianna was so understanding and extra helpful. Thank you soo much Arianna for your understanding. It was soo comforting these days to have someone caring and understanding. Thank you soo much Arianna.

One of mine and my daughters favorite places to eat together. She loves getting the Mac and Cheese and the selection of pastries. The new Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt has become my new favorite sandwich. The staff is always very pleasant and the food comes out quick.

Super clean ,cozy ,love the atmosphere, they have a seating area outside.
the sip club is worth the money there coffee taste so good I like that they have the two option of cold and hot coffee and also that they have almond milk cinnamon and ginger and honey for the coffee , the microwave for the pastry is intelligent option, the $5.99 soup and half sandwich is a taste option I like the almond chicken sandwich so tasty, the

Panera's has great bread. I tried something new, chicken and cheese and spicy sauce, but it's really about their great bread. The woman taking our order seemed really confused, but it arrived quickly, and did I mention how good their bread is? My wife's carb-phobic order was a salad, which she really enjoyed, though even she had to steal some of my sandwich bread!

Even though theirs a wait sometimes the quality of my orders is never lacking. The staff is always friendly she patient. I hope they keep the warm bowls on the menu 🤞🏾

Shout to Talya and Johna (sorry if I spelled your names wrong)! These women are so kind and attentive and they go out of their way for customers. People like them are rare gems in this world. They make everyone who walks in feel cared for, welcomed, and seen. In a world where people rarely treat each other like humans anymore, these two women are a breath of fresh air.

Panera is lucky to have these two!! They deserve raises and promotions and just everything good in life. If I had a million dollars, I'd hand it over to them and they would still be deserving of more!

These guys rock, I use to buy Starbucks until I found the drinks at Panera have more caffeine and less sugar not to mention sips club which makes it a phenomenal place to grab cleaner caffeine! The customer service here is phenomenal! WE LOVE PANERA 🤩😂
